Gaiana, a sponsor

Hokay so, I recently purchased some root bark from this company(Gaiana.nl) and I got half the amount of dye I normally get from Bark. I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences with this company. I even emailed them about it, just to see if I wasn't the only one and they're customer service was quite unexpectedly rude. Thank you for any responses.

I am ordering bark this week, was going to go with them because it is cheaper, but now I think I might go with avalon . . .
OP do you order the shredded or powdered. I have always ordered the powdered but since it is coming overseas I am a little wary about having a big bag of some random powder so i think I might go with the shredded but am wondering if it would affect the dye production

Also what company are you comparing it to, you can pm me if not a sponsor.
I have ordered ti a couple times from a copmany that went out of business for a while, then came back, then i actually had the cash to order and went to the site last night and they shut down saying there was not enough demand to continue business. IT is a shame to because their material produced a lot of dye

Nobody mentioned the name of any other vendors so your comment is irrelevant. It is not against the rules to acknowledge that there are in fact other vendors, just cannot name them

I am actually leaning toward AMP anyway. I see you are in the states. YOu have gotten bark from them no problem? Do you get the shredded or powdered?

I have not ordered yet going to soon. If you pay cash you will get 20% off which will put it right around Giana's price. It just sucks you have to wait for the mail to get there then get sent back. Roughly 20 days all together on average.
It doesn't really matter shredded or powder. Customs will take the bark even, if they find it. So just get your preference.
I've been doing a lot of research on Avalon from various sites reviewing them and such including DMT nexus. Most people get their product no problem. The ones who don't just claim the package was taken without further conflict. However if someone did get busted or searched on this premise and thrown in jail, they really wouldn't be able to tell us.
Avalon claims a 90-95% sucess rate of received orders to the u.s. I assume they know best. And since orders do get taken from time to time and they are still sending them, it leads me to believe not too much further action is taken besides interception.

Oh, I didn't even comment on that. It comes in really discrete shipping, very legit. Honestly, when it comes down to it, for the price, discretion and timelyness of arrival, it's totally worth it and I, for the most part recommend them, I'm just curious as to if anyone else has experienced getting lower yields of dye than normal.

I still haven't tried mine from Gaiana so you've got me a bit worried! When did you purchase your dye? I did hear a few months back that they sent out some very weak Mexican mimosa for which they were offering replacements!
Besides that the reviews on the site and around the web seem to be pretty positive! Let us know anyway!

I've purchased it several times from avalon, and everytime I had great results. Also if you are purchasing powdered, in the extra comments section ask them to label it as a dye. The first time I didn't do that and my package never arrived, but they resent it free of charge when I emailed them about it.

On the website they do not give you many options of payment. And so I sent cash the same day I ordered it. That night I get an email asking if I wanted to use paypal or some other options I forget what. . . point is you do not have to send cash if you dont want

Yea, didn't you love that email? "Thanks for sending a bunch of cash that could get lost, maybe you'd like to use PayPal" thanks for telling me after I sent it. Damn, we're now talking about avalon and I still really wanna know the yield people have gotten from gaiana.

Sorry for any inconvenience dudes, but we simply cannot put Paypal in our shop directly. The payment companies fined us seriously last year for using their services. They do not approve our business. So we can only inform peeps after they have placed an order. I hope you can understand that. And as for sending $, we always advise it to send it with registered mail, so you know when we have received it. We've never left a customer out in the cold when a payment gets "lost".
Peace,

Our products are extensively tested before putting it up for sale. And in case our team confirms a low quality of a batch we discontinue the sale and offer replacement.
In your case you received a mimosa of excellent quality, the low dye is not due to the mimosa and we can't held responsible for dying skills.
Keep in mind that there is little to no difference in Mimosa that originate from Brazil!
--------------------
For a smooth and fast customer-support we recommend sending us a email instead of PM's!!

And by the way our mimosa is from the same source, same harvest, same quality as at AMP! There is no difference in product.
Sounds pretty dope titties then. I'll be ordering from you guys in the near future.

I ordered from Avalon in the middle of January and am still waiting on my package. It has been resent, and the avalon people have been really chill but 3-4 months is a long wait >.<
Finally received the package
As for Gaiana, your customer service kinda blows. I can enjoy the blunt nature but the overall, "it's all you, you suck", is very affective for sales. I personally have a pretty solid dye technique, the only variable is the source and your source sucked, sorry you can't admit it, and I have no need to buy from you, you no need to sell to me, good day.
As the OP, I see this thread as finished, I got what I needed from it. Any admin, feel free to close it.
