Ive been using polyfil and it falls out sometimes or I might have to much or less. I was thinking of usuing polyfilters since I just ordered 100. Would the filters keep in the moisture like polyfil? This a good idea in your opinion?

I have seen people using 3M micro pore tape.
I am not able to tell you if it is more/less effective than poly. Hopefully one of the vets can help you on that front.
You may just need to ball up your poly a bit more, check out this link on how to do it properly.

Hope this helps!

If it's falling out it is way too lose for the bottom holes.
Never seen anyone use SFDs on tubs, give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
I would think they would probably restrict too much FAE to be feasible though.

There is no real replacement for poly in a mono IMO.
Stuff the bottom holes as tight as possible, leave the top holes extra loose, run a fan in the room

Only issue is they dry out so fast even if I do have them packed pretty good. I think I may try one with a SFD setup, I have huge ones. If anything they will have to much air. I'm worried about keeping moisture.

Do you run a humidifier in the room?
