A Butt Load of Aged Horse Poo - How to Store It?

I just got about 40 pounds of well aged horse poo. It smells really nice, like dirt, not poo. Nice stuff! Organic grass fed too! It even has earthworms in it.
How long can I store it damp in a big, heavy duty plastic bag in cold weather? How long in my closet, where it is right now? (Room mates must not know of grow.)
Does it store better after being pasteurized but still wet?
Or do I have to find a way to dry it while they are out or just get more later on?
Maybe I can just pile it up outside under a tree and let it do its thing until I need more??
Any suggestions?

Dry it all completely before using it.

What does the drying do? I like to know as much as possible about all this and sometimes there is conflicting information in the cultivation section.
So I've read to dry it and then wet it and pasteurize it, and I've read to just pasteurize it. This comes from a year old pile, and it was the last load out of the poo bay.

Okay, I get it. I thought you were also referring to drying the batch I plan to mix with spent BRF cakes on Thursday. I didn't make that clear.

How did you end up with well-aged poo that is so wet still?
All the poo I use is made up of completely dry nuggets that need to be broken down.
If you got your poo from a stall pile (this would explain the wet consistency you describe), odds are it is full of anti-fungal wood shavings and piss. That stuff is good for the garden or the compost pile, but not for shrooms.

Thanks for the warning! Yes, I believe it is from stalls. I checked it and I can see some woods chips. Not very many, but they are there. There is no piss smell. The poo goes into compost bays and gets turned with the tractor periodically as well as getting hosed down to keep it wet. This pile has been cooking for a year. This is what it looks like.
They collect poo from their fields as well and put it in the pile, so it is possible I could sort it and find non-chipped poo. I only need six quarts right now
It sounds like this poo is no good? What can you say from the pic?
Where do you get your poo w/o the chips?
Room mates will ask why me room smells like poo and they can't know about the grow. If I collect fresh poo from the field, will is smell okay after being pasturized?

Thanks for the quick reply. I know another field nearby where I could collect. It is very wet here. Any suggestions on telling the aged stuff from fresh? I am guessing the smell??
Thanks again!
