Just got out of jail.
#19386057 - 01/08/14 12:26 AM (10 years, 23 days ago) |

I got arrested on Dec 21st 2013 for domestic violence. My drunken stepgranddad said if I didn't give him my collection of arrowheads and other artifacts to him, that I had to find a new place to live, so I said no, and he hits me in the face, so I pretty much beat the shit out of him. Most of you probably think, "Wow, yer so tuf, you beat up an old man." but I can honestly say it had nothing to do with getting cool points, it was more the fact that he was being such a mean person to me, I had a lot of built-up anger towards him from the past, always talking shit and trying to make me feel bad. I just hate him.
Whenever I got into the fight, everything went blurry and all I remember is swinging my fists as hard as I could at his face. My hate and pain and anger had finally been set free and it felt so right. I was fighting back against all that I had ever hated. He represented everything that's wrong with this country. Alcoholism, corrupt government, wrongful beliefs, incorrect ways of dealing with rulebreakers, racists, homophobics, etc. He was wrong in every way and yet he managed to survive because he never showed who he truly was around certain people like cops, the public, etc. Only to people like me. If he had shown who he truly was to everyone, he would've been dead a long time ago, or atleast gotten his shit kicked in like I did to him.
I went to jail for 20 days to a redneckass backwards private city jail that literally feeds you nothing but microwaved tv dinners which when counted, the calories were less than 1,600. I eat 1,600 calories for a damn snack, so this was torture for me. ( aunt jemima, hungry-man, banquet) It's always fucking freezing. If you're not wrapped up in a blanket, you're shivering and feel like shit. I didn't get a phone call when I got there. The staff treat you like you're some kind of killer or child molester. The only sort-of "commissary" there is a snack machine with stuff like honeybuns, cinnamon rolls, skittles, etc and a soda machine. You were only allowed to receive 15 dollars a week from visitors. This was my life for 20 days (not much compared to some other people's sentences, although I felt especially down because I was the true victim) I was the true victim because of all the verbal abuse and mental anguish I had gone through while living there, and all in all, I think it was a good thing that this happened. I'm glad I finally stood up and beat the shit out of that motherfucker and I'd gladly do it again if it weren't for the possibility of going to jail. I feel almost as though I was brainwashed because of this guy's mindset and terrible attitude. Every other thought I had while living there was a paranoid one about whether or not I was going to be bitched at for no reason or falsely accused of stealing something or being accused of using drugs by this stupid alcoholic redneck motherfucker who has all the wrong beliefs on everything. I have a new kind of hate for alcohol and alcoholics.
When I was in jail, people were coming in constantly for DUI's, and guess what, they all thought and acted just like him. Just stupid redneck people who were brainfucked from consuming the legally sold poison. I saw on tv while in jail that they legalized marijuana in Colorado and it made me feel so good inside, because I knew this was another step in the right direction and a strike against the booze industry. The booze industry is going to fall and it's gonna fall hard, leaving behind plumes of marijuana smoke for all to enjoy like a free buffet and I can't wait. It's alabama, though. Alabama will probably be the last place to even consider legalization. I'd highly recommend nobody ever move or even cross through Alabama. The cops here are evil. It's almost like psychopaths only hope of survival is becoming cops so they can hurt people and get away with it. They torture you in jail and I mean really torture you. You could be the nicest guy in there, quiet, keep-to-yourself, just all around friendly guy, and one of the staff members will purposely try to provoke or instigate you and if you show any sign of resistance, they just come down on you like a ton of bricks, fucking psychos, man. This world needs a change, bad.
I got so fucking lucky at court today. The case was dismissed, I didn't have to pay any court fees or anything and I was forever banned from treading upon his property or his presence again, not like I care though. I wouldn't give a damn if his house burned down with him in it. I felt like part of my life had been stolen though, spending 20 days in basically the worst jail ever and they didn't even apologize or anything. Goddamn ignorant redneck motherfuckers. Oh well. I'm just glad to be out in the free world again and actually be able to consume something that isn't microwaved.
Peace, friends.

Jail sux. I had some good experiences in jail as well though. Learning experiences after the fact that is. Nothing compared to the experience of getting out. Imagine how aweome it is getting out after only being in for a day, versus longer than that at any increment. Lol. The longer your in, the more awesome the experience of getting out is. Really puts things into perspective. Kinda like a bad trip ya know?

Good job whipping your stepdad's ass. If my ex-stepdad had hit me, I would have done the same thing. America has the largest prison population on the planet of any other country, 1 in 10 prisoners of which are 'private' prisoners, which means money is being made off of them. The best thing to do is stay out of the system, which you already know, which is a difficult thing considering America also has the most laws of any other country.
Cops are evil everywhere, not just Alabama. Most people become cops nowadays so they can boss around other people, speed, run red lights, and be dickheads. They also get cool ass military training, get to handle awesome weaponry, and when they fuck up and kill someone, purposefully or not, they get paid leave or promoted! What's not to love? They can plant drugs, because they're illegal of course, on someone they don't like and send them away for the rest of their lives. And best of all, they never really solve that much crime. They're some of the most vile, detestable human beings to ever live, and they will fall with the system that is already about to collapse.
Have fun getting wasted.

Just remember any time you get locked up, you could be in a maximum security hold in Texas awaiting felony extradition, been there, done that.

Bro I hope you didn't give your asshole step pap your arrow heads fuck him he sounds like a cunt. Don't get mad get even! Set the old fuck up for dui's and no holds barred hang his ass out to dry. Most of the hippie dippie people on here would say no but this is a case for an "Eye for an Eye and a Kidney and liver". Get on craigslist and start sending trannies and CDs and Flaming homos to his house. Put an ad up to sell his belongings under his name. Take anti-freeze and write what ever in his grass call the authorities and annonymosly report him as a suspected child molester. In short make his final days a living hell and on his death bed confess that "paybacks a bitch ain't it".

For me bad trips are only "fun" in retrospect and after the fact thanks to what you learned and learned to appreciate after the fact. Bad trips while going down are depressing if not terrifying. as hell as well as jail. All being one blissful relief whenst real eased from such hell.

how old is step grand father?
in a situation like that, he was probably on grandfathers property and i think the police kind of view the eldery as women. where as OP is probably younger/a lot stronger.

A lot of those things sound pretty heated to me, considering that OP just got out of jail for assaulting the guy. Personally I would lay low for awhile and consider kicking his ass / the humiliation of him getting his ass kicked by his grandson enough.

thirtygoats,
Great for being honest about everything in your post. I could tell.
Yeah, you can't beat anyone down anymore. The government owns all our asses in that way. Yup, ya beat him down and did your time for it. I for one am proud of ya for it. But at the same time I wish you hadn't been run through the system. It woulda been better to walk the fuck away insteada beatin' him down. Same end result anyway. You can't go back nor should you want to.
I wish you the best and a fresh start. The sun is shining on you!

I feel for OP but I've been in much worse than he has. Also, you're all angry at shit and its like, nothing is wrong and no one is right, dude. The whole alcohol vs weed scenario and shit. Alabama rednecks are some of the biggest stoners there are.
I think you're biased because of the way you've been treated.

I've been to jail 7 times. 4 of those I did some time and 3 I just bonded out. The most I did at one time was 4 months. Man, you're right it sucks so bad. It traumatized me. The first time I went, I had just turned 18 and did 2 months. Being a skinny little white kid isn't fun although no one really fucked with me. But jail taught me to work out and now I'm way more muscular. Last couple times I was doing an average of 500 pushups a day. A couple times I went to 1000. But I know now that I was overdoing it. Probably could've got the same or better results from like 300 pushups a day. I think I was overtraining.
I'm on probation now doing 4 years and I'm so stressed out cause I'm afraid of somehow violating although I stopped smoking weed and doing anything that could get me in trouble. But still it's in the back of my head.

Just a thought but if it traumatized you, it would seem you'd have altered your behavior to avoid the additional 6 arrests.

I certainly would prefer everyone driving on pot than alcohol, as someone who has done both way too many times to count.
My parents, having never tried pot, of course disagree.
