i heard that its the fiber in the brown rice that is important, no tthe sugars, thats why people are not supposed to use white rice. I don't think you can cok out the fiber, rice is supposed to be cooked when we eat it. It's probably something else.

Brown rice flour doesn't really have any sugars.Just starches.Admonishments against over cooking media only refer,I think,to those containing "simple" sugars like dextrose.
(Tho' over cooking may dry out any media)
