Incubaition Temperature Question.

uhm ,m what if mi jars heat up to say 45 celciuys
is that very bad for the growth? cause i think the jars were like at 35 for 2 days X_x

Thats fine. Thats probably around 100....thats ok. Dont get them any hotter.

optimal colonization temperature is 86 degrees fahrenheit
thermal death is 106 fahrenheit

lemme translate that into celcius for you, as im not sure if your jars are ok or not...

45 celcius = 113 degrees fahrenheit
35 celcius = 95

if your jars did in fact reach 45 degrees celcius, then i would say that theres a very slim hope of them surviving...but im sure stranger things have happened.

if its just 35, then they should be fine, although im afraid the temperature isnt going to the be the big problem (assumign they lived)...that much heat for that long has to be detrimental to the substrate...
