Or perhaps these safety mechanisms aren't as secure as everyone thinks? This is the fucking US government were talking about here, a power regime indeed. If there is enough money  in the wallet, which there was, nothing will stop them fuckers from acquiring it

You know not of what you speak.

Your right, I don't know jack about cyber security. I just have a hard time believing that the US government, with unlimited funding, couldn't find a way around such security. Because of this, I would never order anything illegal online. I would probably make some sort of personal mistake, and leave myself vulnerable to detection and prosecution. I'm a bit of a paranoid nut too :tinfoil:

When it comes to PGP codes, doesn't really matter the funding involved. You can't crack em without the key. But, of course, all they need is the key

right like I said all that is mute when they have access to your computer while its logged into everything. :seeya:

Yeah, but think about it a minute. DPR would have most likely created the wallet offline with a linux CD to prevent the encryption key from being on the hard-drive at all, I don't really see what being logged in has anything to do with the key?

Either they created a collision address, deciphered the encryption or cracked the key, amirite?

I know a lot is speculation, but considering the source is DPR, I would imagine he had a nice long encryption key.

Also they didn't get it right-away, because it took them around a month before it was announced that they had it.
