First full dose experience with mushrooms

I had a 2 gram dose of mushrooms back in September and it made me feel like I was super stoned with some slight visuals. Over New Years I was visiting one of my cousins out of state. We planned to dose up with 5 grams around 10PM but in the 4 or 5 hours leading up it we were arguing quite a bit over trivial matters ruining the whole day's vibe. After eating the mushrooms we sat around playing our guitars and about 15 minutes in I started to feel very anxious and sick. I asked my cousin if we could step outside and walk around a bit so I could relax a bit. He straight up said no to my request. I spent the next 10 minutes or so sitting around feeling terrible really pissed at him for basically being a dick all day long. I was convinced that I was gonna have a terrible trip because of it so my eyes started to tear up.
Everything was going terribly so I went to the bathroom to get myself relaxed and refocused. It was then the full effects hit me. I ended up sitting on the floor staring at the tile flooring enjoying my first visuals (fossilized fish swimming on the tile). I started to think very deeply and eventually realized that I need to start writing some of these thoughts down. I filled up a good portion of a notebook over the course of the next 30 minutes with some personal life revelations. Here's a few of my favorite ideas I came up with:
-As humans we don't want others telling us that we are all the same because we all think that we are correct and somehow have answers that nobody else has.
-We spend our entire lives trying to improve our reading and writing skills, what if we were to put that much time and effort towards something new? I have no clue what that could be but imagine the potential that is out there...
-When we "think outside the box" to solve our problems, the "outside of the box" is in fact the "inside of another box"
-Existence is one giant circle where everything repeats itself. We can keep making the circle bigger but that doesnt change the fact that its still a circle.
-"The Demonization Concept"- Many different cultural institutions and ideas are presented as flawless in our society. For example, America is always portrayed as the flawless good guy in the Cold War with Russia as the evil enemy. Anyone whose delved deeper into studying the Cold War knows America committed a great deal of atrocities as well but very few people criticize America for it. For historians, could extreme demonizing America's questionable actions allow for the creation of a middle ground. This middle ground would be an understanding that both nations committed many evil acts...this concept of demonizing the good guy to create a fair and balanced middle ground could be applied to anything.
After about 45 minutes of writing we were overcome with an urge to get some exercise. We lifted weights and did some cardio work for the next 30 minutes or so.
This was followed up by listening to a Terrance McKenna lecture and watching a documentary about Amazonian tribes. By this point we were both wiped out and went to bed. Overall I feel that I gained a better understanding of myself but didnt really have any life changing revelations or anything.
