    #19376126 - 01/06/14 07:33 AM (11 years, 13 days ago)

Maybe some of you are wanna throw me out but I've another "is this correct mycelium" question

So my internet friend in the NLs got some Panaeolus Cyanescens spores, inocced, and spawned.

Looks like this:

So think it's cyan (goliath strain), 3-4 days old, runnin on about 20 - 24 °C.
Any opinion ?

Thanx a lot...

Jup,
air from a fishtank air pump into a big jar with 2 holes on the cap,
airtight sealed.
The jar has water in it and a big bubblerstone.
Air goes into it, bubbling and misting a little, and the pressure forces out humid air to the boxes.
It worked before, but not used since monotubes.
But Pans need more FAE, and thinkin to build the system again.

If you think the David Barlows video, I already checked.

And the germans too...

Her problem is not mastered the patience  So If she encounter with a new strain, with different myc, allways fell in panic, that is a contam.

She got some tumbups, it doesn't grow fast as mold types, spores from a reliable vendor, so waiting and patience is the key. (Then FAE, humid air, and good temperature  )

Thanx bytheway

So they stalled, some lil green plants poppin' up their heads from the compost. It seem like small sclerotias forming, but I've seen some kind of mold like this myc, at night I'll post some pic if my foaf sends me.

Is there any reference, to Pan. Cyan forming little sclerotia like formations, when the substrate is dry. (You can see it there circled around.)

Peace
M

Thanx sir , bytheway I know that already, they not producing the classical sclerotia.
I've read somewhere that they sometimes are forming some kind of white spots called as "microsclerotiums", but I'm not convinced, since I sprayd the substrate to ideal moist. and have not notice any grow now.

They are at 24°C little gas excange not cased.
