Yea i got 7 golden teacher jars. 1 golden teacher bag. 5 b+ jars. 1 south american rye bag. And 1 i believe it to be a brown rice or flour bag. Never seen one like it but I went ahead and just knocked it up with south american.
Idk what IMA do with the south americans since i have just a little but will worry about that when the time arrives.
I document all my grows very well. Written anyway. I will take pictures throughout in case I decide to post. And i will do so the day I throw it allout so it will be complete upon post.

That is why you put a heavy plate on top of your bags before PCing. I do four 5-quart bags per run in each of my AA-921s.

Freezing temperatures won't kill the spores if that's what you're worried about. They're not going germinate and grow while that cold obviously but they'll still be viable when the jar warms back up.

I considered this, I even put the plate ontop of all 3 bags and closed the pc, but I just couldn't get the nerve to start it. It just looked so full and wrong! I had another bag that needed to be pc'd so I figured I'd do 2 bags twice instead of 3 bags then 1 bag. Maybe when I have 16 bags to pc I'll cram that extra one into the pc.

You can make an inoculation point. Anywhere you want really. Or you can just stick it through the bag, squirt, and cover the hole with tape as your pulling the needle out.

Place a tyvek sleeve inside the bag and fold it accordion-style as RR shows in his sawdust video. That's all there is to it.

I use duct tape and write the strain and date on it. You don't want to use the micropore tape. Though I guess it wouldn't hurt. So I should say you don't HAVE to use it.

Inoculate the bag with a master grain jar so you do not have to puncture a hole in it.

If you have an exposed opening into your bag of sterile grains, you should always, always, always work in aseptic conditions such as a SAB.

I use open air. I think a sab is over kill for standard inoculation. Just in my opinion though. And experience.
