Shit, sorry Rizin is on RIGHT NOW - free, here from Bloody Elbow!!!
http://www.bloodyelbow.com/2016/9/24/13040072/free-live-stream-rizin-ff-fedor-tokyo-mma
It just started. I don't know if you guys are up, but UFC fs1 was legit, some good fights. I liked how Lena stayed ultra positive, very impressive after getting beat up, she kept her composure and has 1/3rd of Cyborgs experience, and it showed. She had nothing to stop the takedowns, and Cyborgs 8 hit combos lit up her scoreboard. She def had some balls, and I expect her to actually be pretty legit against other 140lb'ers when she comes back for her next fight. Def some respect for her!

Rizin is freaking EPIC.
The Jap Freak shows are back.
You guys need, NEED to see Krazy Horses 7 sec KO, a jumping straight to Mino, and the finish celebration. Then the mocking of Wanderlei - He called him Candyland, Candylei etc. Krazy Horse fight:
Next fight, the bigger dude by 20lbs, was just a clinic on ring assault. This open class thing is a bitch if your on the bottom, and your opponent is a heavy D and the boyz.
I'm hoping I'll be able to find it on piratebay, but I doubt it. If anyone gets a link to this, PM me so I can put it on my fightserver.

Blanca did you see his 5 minute highlight reel? Dude is a straight thug, who happens to be pretty athletic, he us ultra entertaining, and a few cards short of a full deck, lol.
His helicopter cage slam was brutal. He is def a person to watch, I don't know how'd he fare in the UFC, but his post fight interviews are more fun to watch than CM Punks was lol.
Anyways, going to try to get my hands on 4 205 tickets for MSG,NY - I think they go up for sale tomorrow. Not my favorite card, but its only a few hours drive. If they are stupidly priced...

Wow that slam highlight is sick! I must have watched that Crazy horse highlight reel with the tech nine song like 100 times. I love what he says at the end:
'I fight em all. Men. Women. Children. Retarded people. I don't care, if you hit me, we're going to fight.' (paraphrasing)
And the UFC is pissed about Roy Nelson kicking Big John when he was tending to Big foot. He more pushed him with his foot, but either way, you aren't supposed to touch a ref in that manner. That'll likely be Roy's last official fight.

I wish Dodson would of won last night. He sure got chased the fuck down though, and stalked - in those last 2 rounds. He had problems firing back up against the cage, but all and all - it was a decent night.
Cowboy not making weight, and then acting like a dick after winning was a little classless, I mean the dudes rib(s) were busted, and he almost went the distance - against a guy who clearly looked about 10-13lbs heavier after weigh-ins against Will. Giving up 20% of the purse, and having a clear advantage - it should be more like 33% purse though. Obviously UFC needs to move him up a weight class though.

Anyone watching Bisping vs. Granddad on Saturday?
Hopfully Vitor can pull a W out, I think he might be cut if he gets another loss. TRT Belfort was a motherfucker. NonTRT Belfort needs another gas tank.
I'd like to see OSP advance too. That last 1 week notice fight was kinda unfair.

lol what are you smoking? They're not going to cut Vitor if he gets another loss.
Worst PPV fight card of the year, in my opinion. I'm embarrassed for the UFC that the main event is happening. Shame on the "fans" that supposedly want to see this main event and also supposedly led to its booking. You really want to see a tired, worn out middle-aged man get the shit beat out of him again? This not the Hendo from Pride or even Strikeforce. It's a dude who's been losing far more than winning, getting knocked out several times, and has contemplated retirement for awhile.
They market this like it's some sort of legit rematch. It's a motivated fighter at the prime of his career (skill-wise) beating up an middle-aged athlete who's collecting possibly his biggest paycheck before slinking off.
That being said, I'd love to see that Manchester crowd get dead silent as Hendo cracks Bisping's jaw again. And I'll probably be watching.

Ol' Man Hendo - it would be epic to see him win, and I'd never count him out. I doubt he hasn't trained, despite this being announced as his last fight - and I'd use Randy Couture as another Ol' Man example. Some guys can keep up with it, others burn out. Granddad Hendo should be alright!
And as far as poor fight cards go, I always have a party here, or my brother has one at his house. So it could be Mike Tyson vs. Robin Givens and I'd still watch it. I don't really miss a fight night, or other events. I would of gotten tickets to UFC at MSG, but the prices are fucking saaaaaallllty.
My major gripe with the UFC is the real title shot guys are not getting the fair fights, and the "money" fights are whats being handed out for the past 2 years or so. Thats not how a rank system works.
I do like the Northcutt vs. Gall that is lined up for Dec. though. I'm hoping Sage can improve his ground game enough, and that he can keep it standing and throwing. If he can, it could be a banger.

pretty good card! knew belfort was gonna lose but was still sad to see it happen. he really is a shell of his former TRT self. the OSP knockout was also brutal and beautiful. hate to see a guy get crumpled like that but wow Manuwas boxing looked SHARP! hes not a guy you want to let get you backed up against the cage!
the main event was boring honestly. don't know what people are smoking, saying hendo won that fight because he def did not unfortunately. prime hendo would have been able to get the finish for sure. if i were bisping i would not feel particularly proud of that title defense. did yall see those kicks hendo threw? looool, looked like a guy who learned karate at a McDojo ninje chop!

Hey dude, I didn't mean to miss your quote, I ended up getting sick (flu) and watched the fight with my girl, alone - and actually fell asleep and watched it the next day.
Did you guys see the announcement for Nunes v Rousey?!! Finally. Fucking finally she is coming back. They are putting Rousey as a heavy favorite, and I will be going the opposite way. Already have my bet locked on Bovada, so lets hope they stay healthy.

Cheers to all mma fighters staying healthy and active as long as possible and never having to cancel a fight after it was announced due to injuries in training.

The immediate title shot after over a year hiatus seems completely silly to me from a sports standpoint. But it's about PPV sales and stardom, through and through. Anyone else remember the era where champions who lost the belt didn't get immediately rematches all the fucking time? In this case it isn't even an immediate rematch because the division has changed while she was gone.
The MMA media portrays the bantamweight division as if it's in dire straits and order shall be restored once Queen Rousey is recrowned. Generally speaking, I love a good upset. I also find it difficult to root for arrogant fighters who bring the artificial WWE melodrama into the sport. Rousey's melodramatic whisper monologues in the pre-fight promos, her wanton unsportsmanlike conduct at the weigh-ins, and her goddamn "mean face" all made the Holly Holm upset one of the most satisfying fights I have ever seen live.
I'd love a repeat.

i also hope ronda loses again. i like the sport better when shes not in it honestly. its nice when my FB newsfeed isn't filled with ronda. plus, shes one of the least likeable champs ever IMO. her coach is a real fucking piece of shit too.
it's, fortunately, very likely she will in fact lose. nunes hits very hard, and if holly was able to ring rondas bell nunes will have no problem at all. nunes also has better ground game than holly, though ronda still has the advantage there obviously. i hope ronda has made some BIG changes in her striking, or her chances of winning this fight are not good. she should not be such a heavy favorite imo.

I can't recall a more annoying UFC champion in recent history than Michael Bisping.
He is undoubtedly ducking his entire division of contenders and aggressively pursuing easy "money fights," to use the recently oft-repeated term. So far as champion, he's squeaked a decision against a 46 year old that wanted to retire prior to the fight. Then he calls out two welterweights that haven't fought in years. Now a legit contender (Jacare Souza) is free to fight him and he won't because it's not enough money and too short notice. BITCH, that's how you got the title. Oh, and all of a sudden he has too many injuries to fight anyway.
I don't dislike hims as a fighter, but what a shitty "champion." Bisping is well aware that he's not the top dog of the middleweights.
In general, people are really picking up on McGregor's career tactics. The difference is that at least McGregor is hand-picking challenging fights. McGregor isn't calling out bantamweights.

I think the UFC's hype and the marketing strategies with Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor have a reverse effect on me. I'm pretty weary about giving a shit about any of their antics and I look forward to their fights less than the undercard. The media hypes them up as larger than life and I just get apathetic towards the disingenuous WWE-esque drama.
In other very surprising news, Kelvin Gastelum and Thiago Alves had weight cutting issues with the former having his fight called of prior to weigh-ins.
Seriously, Thiago Alves could barely make welterweight. What the fuck was even the UFC thinking with having him make a lightweight debut????
