not silly at all, i find it way to convient that he gets knocked out of competition right around the new testing.  he had that 1 fight with cormier and if i remember right they both had questionable results from those tests.  then the cocaine so u already know he's into illegal things and it was speculated the cocaine was used to cover something else up or something along those lines....there was something that cocaine had to do with performance drugs.

so then he gets into a car crash and magically hasn't been tested since?  how nice.  then he magically puts on more muscle while not being tested....cute.  its a puzzle bro, u put the pieces together and ask yourself which is more logical?  and then look and realize all the champs have gone to shit/busted, ect....is it more logical that they were all using, or that bones is one of the few that wasn't?  bones, that guy wasn't?  cuss he's one of the good guys?

Lol, that sounds like a giant conspiracy theory to me.

I've never once heard of someone using cocaine to mask ped's, ever. And jones is a known drug abuser. It seems logical that he was simply getting high n got popped.

Jones hasn't been tested because he was suspended indefinitely by the ufc. You best believe when he has a fight lined up they'll be knocking at his door. Granted he's gained a lot of strength, but dedication with any reputable strength n conditioning coach will do that. It's not like his body looks like that of TRT vitor either, he's just looking lean n muscled, as most athletes are, especially with black people n their genetics (let's face it, it's true)

I dunno, just my opinion. I get what you're saying though.

PED use has long been notoriously rampant in MMA.  It wouldn't surprise me if almost all the champions used some kind of PED at some point, but without a positive test or even anecdotes, we are simply left with speculation.  And we can generate speculative conspiracy theories that explain every loss, victory, fight pullout, hiatus, retirement, etc.

And I agree with m4dScientist.  I think that conspiracy theory is wildly speculative.

Between his DUI, positive cocaine test, and then felony hit and run on a pregnant woman, I don't see how it's so hard to believe he went away because he was knee deep in dog shit.  Legal dog shit and reputation destroying dog shit.

It's a common tale for some young athletes, or famous people in general.  Get paid.  Get laid.  ...And then get in trouble for peeing on a minor.

Yep.

The fabricated Sage Northcutt fightwagon is derailed.  The guy needs a real MMA training camp and coach staff.  Spending a week at Tri-Star in Montreal and having daddy as striking coach just ain't going to cut it.  He needs a Jackson Winkeljohn-esque outfit where he's constantly around experienced UFC fighters and patching up the holes in his game that have been obvious in his UFC fights.

Critical mistake. I wont even log onto facebook until I watch the fights, lol.

And damn, Sage with some stupid ass cartwheel kick. Dude wasn't ready for an actual fight. He's too used to dominating mother fuckers and getting quick stoppages. The fox guys were blasting his half guard when he was getting choked. Pointing out all types of shit.

You really shouldn't be able to head&arm someone while they have half guard though. That's a finicky choke to begin with. A lot of guys you can't even tap with everything perfect. That was weird how he tapped.
The worst was when I had a big party at my house for Anderson Silva Chris weidman 2. It was recorded and I was fast forwarding between matches. Well it got to where I could only fast forward like 60 seconds. One of the guys at the party was talking to someone in the phone and goes... What do you mean Silva broke his leg? Said it all loud like 60 seconds before it happened. I was pissed that he ruined that piece of history for me.

Haha this thread should just assumed to be a giant spoiler.

I'm still butthurt over Cruz getting a decision over Dillashaw.  And a significant portion of the MMA world lauding it as the greatest comeback in MMA history.

That kid Sage wasn't even that much trouble. He just got scared and tapped. He should try out for One Direction though.

That's the worst one I've ever heard. Tragic. And the sad thing is, you can try as hard as you can to ensure nothing or no one spoils it for you, and it still happens.

And back to Sage, He showed us that he's not hard enough for the receiving end of the sport. I don't know if he'll be able to change that or not, but he needs to.

I know that 18-19 is old enough to get your nuts blown off in Iraq but I think the UFC would be in for some pretty serious bad press if that kid ended up in the ICU. Not that I give a fuck but White seems pretty into public relations. It's all about generating hype. Women and children first.

That sucks!

Shit like that has happened to me before. I'll have sherdog up on my phone from earlier in the day and when I open my browser the page will reload real quick and I'll end up seeing something I never intended to. That silva weidman story is probably the worst I've heard though, lol.

Unfortunately, heart is one of those things you have or you don't. The best camps in the world can't teach heart. N as much as I like a good hype train, I just dont think sage has what it takes to cut it in mma.
