Yeah that's a shame.  He could have gotten out of it I'm sure. Herb Dean must be feeling a bit lousy today.

I watched the play by play last night and the post fight show on fox1 but haven't seen the fights yet...bout to sit down and watch em before the game today. I hardly want to see it anymore tho lol... Frank caught a beat down from Roid Rage, and Faber, like ran said, got embarrassed  I heard Herb stopped the fight a bit early but Faber was getting dominated to that point anyways....but who knows, crazyer comebacks have happened.....

Yea I guess he could have gotten out of it and pulled a guillotine off or something, but I don't know, he was getting pounded pretty bad. Pretty sure if he got back up dude would have just knocked him down again.

Could be, but the bottom line is the fact that he was showing a thumb up to Herb Dean which he didn't see so he stopped the fight. That basically means he was still okay and not dazed or knocked out. Joe Rogan asked and rightfully so: '' Where do you draw the line? When do you stop a fight '' And Faber made a good point saying that a limp body is usually a good sign

Yeah, but if I were Faber, I would rather the ref let it go a bit longer... Faber is very tough and VERY hard to finish. But Herb is one of the best in the business, he might have stopped it a bit early but he's only lookin out for Fabers safety in that situation so we really can't blame Herb Dean. If Uriah had fought better, he wouldn't be in a situation like that in the first place.... still hate seeing him lose. Especially after he had such a dominant 2013.

I love Rogans commentary! He says about Verner and Abel "These aren't short, technical punches they are throwing...these are 'What did you say about my Mama?!?!' punches"  He's mad funny. I love The Joe Rogan Experience (his podcast) they are usually hilarious and he's always talking about pot and mushrooms and DMT lol

Yeah guys. Glad to see i'm not the only Rogan fan. He's such a charismatic dude. I think of myself as being similar to him in the sense that I'm a fitness freak without being a meat-head and an intellectual without being a nerd. Best of both worlds. And I smoke hash. Doesn't keep me from being fit.
That said I just watched the Varner/Trujillo fight. Wow. Fight of the night? I still have a couple to watch. We'll see. And yeah I laughed at the 'What did you say about my Mama?!?!' punches". Classic Rogan.

Lol, no doubt. And yeah, smoking herb only makes lazy people lazy. (For the most part) the Diaz brothers are perfect examples, they LOVE the herb and they are tri-athletes and ufc fighters! Lol, Nick Diaz is the only ufc fighter (that I know of) to get busted on a post fight drug test for pot! They were looking for HGH and found THC instead oops

Nah. I work in a restaurant and I usually work the days but I took the saturday evening shift this week, replacing someone. Had to happen on fight night  No worries, it's recording right now and I'll watch it tomorrow!
