ever sense i got my first paying job.
but has it always worked out, no..
but seriously, you need to save up some money before you can put it into a cd or something of that sort.
here is a suggestion. if you have direct deposit at your work, have them split your deposit into a totally separate bank/bank account and loose all the checks/debit cards that come with it.

It's like a bank account you cant touch that accrues greater interest than a normal savings account.

yeah dude, its called a term deposit. speak to your bank about it. you basically lock money away in an account for an agreed term with usually a higher then standard interest rate. can choose to have interest paid on maturity (end of term), or monthly.

Term deposit? Those tings that have a certain amount of time before you can access your money? I think they pay high interest too, mostly becuase the institution knows they can spend/lose your money for the allotted time without you taking it away from them.
I'd say that's your best bet OP

dogecoin is the last one you want to invest in; it has severe security issues. the fact that it was named after a meme just further goes to show you it's a joke.
