Found some cool stuff I've never seen before up in the mountains this week.

Pholiota terrestris

Entoloma sericellum

Melanoleuca sp.

Another Melanoleuca sp.?

Blue Entolomas are always fun

Rugosomyces onychinus (a new one for me)

Lyophyllum? They literally did smell like fried chicken...

Gyromitra infula

With unknown bug...

Helvella if I know! Alan says vespertina, but they seem to share traits of dryophila as well.

Cryptoporus volvatus

And an Agrocybe that blew my mind. Any ideas???

An empty lake...

:peace:

Thanks folks. California is drying up quick so I gotta get it while I can. I'm already starting to dread summer because summer in California means no mushrooms.

Tell me about it. I think Tricholomopsis rutilans has some competition for the common name "Plums & Custard."

Is Tricholoma onychinum still a synonym or is that outdated as well.
