Didn't check yet. I dried one specimen but honestly it was pretty far gone when I did it, don't know if it's really worth anything. The stipe did seem Melanoleuca-like, but the base had mycelium and leaf litter attached to it so :shrug:

I don't know what it is about Xylaria but they just give me the creeps! And then there is dark water (also one of my fears) behind them... :woooaaahhh:  I had to look away. 

Other then that it's good to see some crisp shots of fungi this time of year. The crust on the rock has an awesome color to it!
