Would like to know if this mushroom is edible! Thank you

Habitat:
Around Amanita Muscaria and Amanita Franchetii. Under some pine trees. California Mountains, 2200 ft.

Gills:Light tan pores. No brusing.

Stem:
White with black dots or lenticulations (Am I saying that correctly?

Cap:
Dark Brown sticky

Spore print color:
V

Bruising:

With those fibrils on the stem I'd guess it's a Leccinum.

The Amanita franchetii in California is now known as Amanita augusta.

Your bolete looks like Leccinum manzanitae.
