Hello folks, happy new year.
I found this one in my local supermarket.
Unlabelled, all neglected, on it's own. Couldn't resist taking it home.
It's about 5 inches tall, can someone more knowledgeable than me hazard a guess as to what it is?
Thanks.
Too much flash on this one

And from above.

Cereus ribs are much skinnier and deeper than Tricho.

I just received a grafted euphorbia from a family friend to take care of and when she brought it over, she handed the pot to me almost upside down. You should have seen the look on my face when I thought she was about to dump rocks and soil all over my floor. It was a legitimate WTF moment seeing a layer of rocks glued to the top of the pot. I wouldn't be surprised in the least to find the people responsible for gluing flowers to the tops of cacti are also the same ones doing this shit. I shudder to imagine what they'll dream up next. False variegation by injecting printer ink into cacti?

Yeah, those glued on flowers and rocks are ridiculous. I guess we gotta give them credit for trying to popularize cacti though. But it is all starting to look like a desperate plea for sales "Come on, cacti are COOL. Buy them! They have flowers too!"
Lest we forget the Cosmic Cactus....

Yeah, they spray painted those fuckers. Did you read the sign? It's hilarious. "Bolding going where no plant has gone before..."
I made a thread with these pics a while back, saw these at the Depot
