acknowledging your progress and rewarding yourself

Hey guys
I'm curious to hear about what you all do to treat yourself in acknowledgment of your progress, spiritual or otherwise.
I ask because I tend to be really hard on myself and not really acknowledge it when I make progress. Even if I do see that I've made progress I tend to think that I should've made more of it, or made it faster and that tends to kind of kill the vibe of the good that I have done.
Really when looking back I see that I've made good progress in my relationship with myself, my attitude, and consequently the value I contribute to the world. Yes I've neglected some things and yes I'm nowhere near done but I feel that I need to adopt a practice of acknowledging the progress I do make and patting myself on the back for it so to speak, not in a way that boosts my ego, but in a way that gives credit where it is due and encourages me to keep moving down the path that I have chosen.
So please share if you guys have any interesting ways you treat yourself

Well I guess you could say my "treat" for spiritual advancement would be just acting on the lesions that I've learned. That in it self is a reward, bring me happiness and peace of mind.
And for non spiritual advancement....drugs?

i have found that one of the best kinds of rewards is to simply find delight in those accomplishments. by that, i mean to let yourself become delighted fully and thoroughly, rather than try to hold back your child's-delight.
do not hold back your delight in your accomplishments that were made with genuine, sincere effort, and in doing so you will find the highest joy that no indulgence in any habit can surpass.

Find a way, that's a very cool sound.

you are funny how you think ..
what can be more rewarding then progress itself ??? how a ritual thing is something to invent instead ??
if the progress is true then all of it is to you being better always
you mean all to evil sources as if everything must be for lies force and life, while you being the reward of backing it
that is so creepy baaaddd

google translate is not your friend
also you make too many assumptions about what i say
All I mean is I feel like I need to practice being grateful for what I have and what I do achieve instead of focusing on what I do not yet have
It's like when Im sitting at the poker table, I could be up $200 bucks, but then I lose 40 of it and the other 160 that I'm still up I won't care about at all, I'll keep trying to get the 40 back and throw everything away doing so
This is the tendency that I would like to stop

to me it does make more sense to focus on getting back your 40$ rather then feeling content about what you still have
being is the objective constant factor and not a creation or an idea of being
what you are doing ... sitting back enjoying what you got is doing nothing at all
feeling pissed and willing to get your money lost back is making yourself being rights
the action looking as object rights is what exist
you think too much about you alone .. which cant be true
this is why you are inventing what you should do that you don't .. so what you wont ever do in constant fact of being .. so what can never be real

honestly you sound too judgmental for me to listen to you, assuming too much without really knowing, jumping to conclusions what makes you so perfect? have you looked in the mirror yourself?
Either way it's hard to talk to you when I can barely make out what you're saying. Perhaps that's a good thing.

There is no such thing as progress. It is a trick of the mind. Nothing is gained and nothing is lost. This single moment remains forever, and what are you ever going to be able to do about that?

it is you that is full of assumptions !
if you want to speak about beings then you should for the least point right what is there first, what is to be right
progress is not an idea of being, being is first the objective constancy of present sense, self conscious reality
you obviously mean to abuse the fact you know that all is inferior to mean superiority of being as an idea possible .. this is obviously wrong and not useful at all not even to yourself subjective state of mind
lies will always be rejected by others and else, because lies can force negative realities to be present
only true facts are tolerated to be part of existence realities to deal with as present for positive ends
your reaction show how I am right, you confuse yourself with everything knowledge you mean to abuse
talk about yourself alone when you mean your own progress, earnings or incomes are not about yourself progress even if they are a plus that everyone appreciates and needs too in having to be constant

I am at peace.. what more is there to say?
-------------------- And thus begins the reverse-fusing of our one-dimentional understanding, and adds ever-expanding perspectives, in depth and number; splitting our perception, and in so doing, seemingly irrationally, creates yet more one-ness, with all that ever was, is and will ever be, streching across the infinite, inunderstood concept of everything, percievable and not.

there is no such thing objectively as peace, even nothing is an inferior fact so never in peace
when truth is infinite superiority, so being objectively superior in absolute terms is the only right way to be in peace within true being individuality, which is impossible with the present of else superior rights objectively and the reverse of possible with all the powers of evil freedoms left to exist as they want by gathering the majority of wills forces as one forceful way
no one accept that fighting and rejecting others is a normal thing
it is funny how people fight for competitions on getting same things, and can be good with everyone when they are asked to share their positive wills
it is funny how for people freedom is about positive wills

I'm not looking for an argument here
I'm not asking you to define what progress is for me I've asked a specific question - acknowledging your progress, or in other words being grateful for it
absois: you are a classic case of someone who shoves their advice down the throat of others when they did not ask you for it……. you are not communicating you are preaching because you make no effort to see what I am saying
therefore talking to you is meaningless

you obviously have no idea what i mean
I don't know if it's the language barrier or if you are just here to troll
either way this is the last thing I'm going to say to you
put yourself in my place…. how would you feel if someone was saying to you what you are saying to me?
