Agar to grain and average amount of bulk spawn

1.) How much of the agar do you need to put in a WBS jar and how full of WBS should that jar be? Some do half and some do 3/4 full.
Also one of my agar plate's mycelium is not covering the whole plate like the other one. Should I put the whole plate in?
2.) What is an average amount of total bulk spawn used? this probably doesn't matter but I know most tubs are 52 gallon so does anyone know many quarts would fill that up?

1) A little bit goes a long way. I cut a piece that is large enough that I can handle it with just the tip of the scalpel. Toss 2-3 pieces in if you feel the need, but IMHO, it is only necessary for one chunk of healthy mycelium. I add agar to 3/4th full jars, AND will use that jar when it is fully colonized to do a "Grain to Grain" transfer (g2g) to a jar that is only half full. Agar to the 3/4 jars, and g2g to the 1/2 jars.
You won't ever need a full plate to make an inoculation. Too much moisture can lead to issues. Make your xfer in as few physical movements to reduce the risk of contamination.
2) The most common "bulk" tub is a 66qt monotub. It is almost a standard for the mention of the word "MONOTUB". Most of these setups use between 4x and 7x quart jars (3/4th full jars) mixed with 8 quarts of coir and 2 quarts of verm....Plus or minus on the verm....some use less, some use more.
If you got a 50ish gallon tub use this handy little web app http://substratecalculator.info/
