Hello,
I'm new to the forum and happy to see there are many shrooms enthusiats in Florida. I'm in Broward and found these little fellows in my yard and would like to know if they are edible:

I think those are Cortinarius iodes.
I think they are edible, but Cortinarius can be difficult to ID and are not commonly eaten, so they aren't recommended for beginners or people who don't like to take risks with their food.
There are a few deadly Cortinarius, but they don't look like that.
Check the spore print color on the off chance that some of those are Clitocybe nuda, which is a well known and commonly eaten mushroom.

Thanks, most likely they are Clitocybe nuda, by the look. No idea about the brown ones.

I believe the brown ones and the purple ones are the same species - Cortinarius iodes.

I think it's a mix of both. I have been finding purple Corts growing intermixed with blewits the last two years down here. Spore prints are definitely a must in this case

Found one of the biggest cubes I've ever picked last night. I'm guessing its going to be around 5 grams dry.

Went on my first hunt out in one of the state parks here in the orlando area. Only hit up 1 cattle lease area and the field looked pretty dry unfortunately despite an inch or 2 of rain in the past couple days. Found a couple of what looked like Pan. Antillarum, maybe cyanescens but I didn't see any blueing and forgot to take pictures before they got squished in my backpack. Not too bad for my first time out, I've got a lot more exploring to do!
Some pictures of the other fungi I encountered

Nice photos deathyon and welcome to the Shroomery
Your first photo is Clatharus columnatus, common in parts of the southeast (or Pseudocolus fusiformis if the arms come from a single point). Photo 2 may be Trametes, 3 is Russula, 4 is Laccaria.
