So when i made this LC, i forgot to add something inside to mix it. Also, the jar lid only has one hole in it just large enough for the needle to fit. It's been only covered with a piece of tinfoil since the go. I didn't expect it to grow so well, or with no obvious contams (which i know could be very likely with LC, even though you can't see it) but it did. It's nice and white and is growing slowly but steadily. My question is, how the fuck do i use it? I dunno how to get it out to use it. I would like to get some in a syringe and test some on agar (or agar substitute) and use some remaining for some WBS....if it proves to be contam free. Thing is, it was a tissue clone from the first pin on my first cake of my first grow. The alpha/Omega if you will. I really want to save/use it if i can. I have a spore print from another mushie on that cake, but this one was the biggest, and fastest growing. any advice?

How tough is it? I have no idea how strong the mycelium can get...i know it holds those cakes together pretty good. I might sterilize a syringe with some distilled in it and see if that works. Once i blast it with the syringe, and suck some up...will it last long inside or will i have to use it right away?
I thought about putting it in my SAB/Glovebox and removing the foil and putting a dab of silicone on the hole, once dry i was gonna shake the shit out of it...but that's my last option.

PUt some RTV on that hole. A lot of people don't add a mixer they just shake and the water sloshing breaks it up.

Shake the jar vigorously, it should break up that clump a good amount. For an LC that looks solid Like you said though it would be best to test it
Once you see the clump break up some what, suck it up with a clean syringe and go impregnate some jars...
