I suggest you do a bit more research, put an hour or two into our getting started section, located here.
There are no potent spores, though there are more potent varietys of mushrooms than your typical cube.
Also reading our rules section will better help you understand how the forums operate.
Welcome to the shroomery!
This hobby is all about research, patience, and diligence in the beginning. In a few week you'll be amazed at how much more you know about this hobby simply but reading faqs, checking out threads in the cultivation section, click on links in sigs, and just look aroudn the site gathering up some information.
RogerRabbits " Let's Grow Mushrooms " video series is really good stuff and I suggest checking it out. MushroomVideos.com I think is the url.

Kind of an odd first or second post
One doesn't necessarily get better spores so much as one interested in the best growth parameters would get into genetics.
Most simple way is instead of using liquid culture, which grows the spores partly into mycelium (corn sugar aka dextrose, certain other sugars, beer malt, honey etc) one grows them in Potato Agar. typically Potato Dextrose Agar.
You can buy it and the petri dishes you need to do it at a science supply store in town.
You can technically do your first grow using these, although it's one of those things people don't typically jump into right away, but for the record it can be used to colonize without syringes if for some reason you only have a spore print and no access to say a feed supply store for syringes (among other methods)

The potency isn't in the spores but within the individual genus for instance psilocybe cubensis can be easily grown but is on the average side of potency. There are tons of cubes ranging from the regions of the world where they were located and they're all just a cube & while each trip is a variably different expirence . Panaelous cyansecens are on the stronger side but are more advanced for a beginner
