It's been a fun experience. My first time growing mushrooms. Now I am at this point where I am not sure if I should pick or wait.
Was thinking the mushrooms were going to be bigger, but maybe someone can shed light on what might be wrong.
Thanks everyone!

One of the veils looks like it is starting to tear so thats why I am curious if now is the right time.

Veil on that big one is about to tear. Would probably be hard to harvest that one alone without breaking off the others huh? If these were my cakes I would just wait and let the other little ones catch up if you can't take the mature ones by themselves. After the veil breaks you'll still have a little time before the massive spore dump. Check them again in 12 hours?

Cool. Thanks for the tip. Might be able to slice it off with a razor carefully.
Any tips in the future to possibly get better growth? I keep the lid cracked for lenghty periods of time -- doesn't seem to affect humidity much at all.
Should I be misting them still? I only mist them like once a day now...

Personally, I'd go ahead and harvest now. It won't hurt to wait a bit but there's no benefit to waiting either. You'll mostly just be gaining water weight at this point.

Yeah you'll be gaining water weight and allowing that big one a chance to sporulate, and when spores touch the mycelium it signals the organism that the reproduction process is over and it dies back...which in turn invites secondary and terchiary saprophytes to the dinner table..try and grip the big ones as close to the stem base as possible without disturbing the babies and give a gentile twisting motion until it comes up without tugging or wiggling back and forth...
