Tylenol, Advil, aspirin, etc. can all have adverse effects if you drink too much or have other pre-existing conditions, especially the liver.
A few drinks is okay as long as you do not take too much of either and have no pre-existing conditions as mentioned above.
The best thing for you is rest and plenty of fluids if you have a fever. If you must get hammered, stay away from the NSAIDS (naproxen/advil ect.) and paracetamol (tylenol). Your liver will thank you long term, but your immune system will suffer short term.
This is general advice, but this question would best be answered by your primary caregiver.

It's New Year's Eve, so I knew I would use this answer somewhere:
Stick ice water up your ass.

Lol.
Basically, get drunk and worry about the fever/hangover tomorrow.

9 out of 10 doctors agree. An ice cube (ass cube) up the rear will best serve your fever reduction needs.

Alcohol, in SMALL doses, reduces a fever. Essential oil of lemon will get rid of the nausia (so will smoking weed, but the addition of lemon essential oil will work better.) and smoking weed in general just makes you feel infinitely better when you're sick.
Also, drink a LOT of decaf green tea. Green tea has a lot of antioxidants. The reason I say decaf is because your body needs REST, and caffeine will NOT allow your body to rest as it should.
