well, I have a few clone tissue cultures, fully colonizing the agar. now time to use as a lc. i have not isolated ...but use the whole culture as an lc. my culture plates are, 1/4 pint mason jars. I have tyvek and metal inverted lids, with a pinhole... covered with micropore tape. I take the culture into a sab. open then slice like a pie, reclose, inject 2 syringes of sterile water. retape with micropore tape. and shake good. i draw out sterile lc. colonize grain then g2g. their goin good . will update soon.... fast and rhizo...cant wait to see what arises...peace

hi bro, I guess you were right. I had some bacterial issues, wnen I cloned to agar. so I suspect the fruits phenotypes, were indeed produced from bac. contams. the pint test jar, fruited nice, thick stemmed, fruits from clean cultures. I really thought it was from genetic random mutation. so touchee man...love this shit!...

interesting to me. I really like the ks phenotype mushys...so... casing is the way to go with these? I have never cased in all my years, but theres always an exception...

that's cool. I don't really isolate anymore. I just get a clean vigorous culture, cloning a fruit. Or, If I have to.. clean a print...ect.. I prefer pin cloning for fastest results. isos are always more prolific for sure. but pin cloning is awesome and fast... but I use agar, mainly,.. to get a clean culture for grains anymore...I just have fun with it...

well, still havin fun with this. added some pics in my mush folder in my gallery. check it out if you like...i did a few, small, clear pp5,s to bulk. using sterilized coir and verm. just to watch the mycelium rip through the sub. using the ole crumpled waxpaper as a casing layer. man these things are goin crazy. their beggin to fruit.lol... ones the petype phenotype clone, the other is from a big fruit, tissue clone. dont want to fruit them yet,as they have not completely colonized the sub. what u think? cant wait to see how these comeout...guess I,ll do a 360 fruiting on these. as their covered with knotting all over...love cloning to agar...

thanks man, fun stuff... these are not isos, but tissue clones. so I thought I would use clear minibulktubs, just to see the different types of growth. as even a tissue culture , contains several different phenotypes. I can see what the mush look like from each mycelium, or where they clamp ect...love this shit, even thought I don't use cp or hp anymore. my wife loves it...LOL...

ya I know how it goes...gonna munch some ks here in a few, to kick off the new year...those little dense mush are so good... and I just dunked the corn cake in 1% indole butyric acid...lol... I tried a different hormone before. 6ba, but it didn't work. it was for cell multiplication. the iba is a rooting hormone...so I,ll try again...just a new years experiment. I do at least 1 a year...

wow! interesting. you using rattlesnake venom? I have thought about it too. I thought of taking 2 different caps, just before the viels tear.remove viels.... lay one, spore side up, and the other spore side down. face to face. and see if they cross dna, when the spores are forming...
