Getting pretty fond of making grilled cheese with some smoked super sharp cheddar and adding a thin layer of apple slices to the sammich before cooking it. It's so fucking good.
-------------------- "I have no way of knowing whether you, who eventually will read this record, like stories or not. If you do not, no doubt you have turned these pages without attention. I confess that I love them. Indeed, it often seems to me that of all the good things in the world, the only ones humanity can claim for itself are stories and music; the rest, mercy, beauty, sleep, clean water and hot food (as the Ascian would have said) are all the work of the Increate. Thus, stories are small things indeed in the scheme of the universe, but it is hard not to love best what is our own—hard for me, at least."

How many times, he's not a vegetarian if he only eats cheese. You have to eat vegetables to be a vegetarian.

There's somethiong called raclette cheese. That thing is horrible and I had no clue.
My grandmother opened that cheese in the kitchen while I was in the living room. I didn't know. Then I walked in the kitchen.... holy shit...
It was a full preemptive war on my nose. It completely caught me off guard. Everything was normal and then BOOOM!!! Diaper full of baby diarrhea attack!!!!
I gagged, threw up in my mouth a little, had to go to the bathroom (anywhere else than the kitchen). Holy fuck!!! I had to put some Vick's under my nose to mask the smell otherwise I couldn't have gone to the kitchen at all.
How the fuck do people eat cheese that smell like that????
Raclette? I've not heard of this one before. I'll have to try it.
The stinkier it is, the more savory its flavor. The stink is only a stink until one actually eats it, at which point the eater's entire sensorium is propelled into deeper dimensions of cheesiness than he ever thought possible in his naive past life as a cheese-hating plebeian.
