That yellow flowering plant looks like scotch broom. Kill it. it's a horrible invasive and the seeds are viable in the soil for 80 years.
Really, uproot that evil thing before it goes to seed and BURN it. They have vicious taproots and are tough to pull if they're more than about 18", but you must get rid of the root or that sucker will pop right back up.
They are a scourge here in Oregon, though on a Habitat build today there was some onsite and one of the gals was saying that they're still selling it it nurseries. I find that hard to believe, but...
-------------------- "Shrub, 30-90 cm. Leaves 2.5-) 4-9 cm, sessile or amplexicaul, broadly ovate to ovate-oblong, obtuse or rounded to subapiculate or subacute, when crushed not smelling of goats." "The initial quake was a 6.6 but fairly shallow. I felt it as a prolonged up and down vibration followed by a jolt forward and then to the left, like square dancing."

This is a 3 year old grafted pear tree that looks like it might be being attacked by some kind of fungus or mildew, I was wondering if anyone could help me identify it so I can possibly treat it with something, any help would be greatly appreciated.

All of the branches that have it on them are really droopy and limp looking. I worry that once the pears start to get heavier that the limb will snap off.

Is there a natural way to kill it besides spraying toxic fungicides all over my pears?

On the baby pear... Is that perhaps some sort of scale insect? Is there ant activity?
No matter what it is, I'd wash it off - it's small enough that you could pretty much eradicate it by hand. Use a pressure nozzle and if that doesn't work maybe a sponge to wipe and hose it off real good. If it's scale or aphids they can't really climb back up if you knock 'em off, and if it's a mold or mildew just knocking it back may be enough for it to go away.
If you have any REAL soap - not detergent - make a slightly soapy solution and spray it on. Detergent might work also, but the old school was soap.
Follow up in a few days to see whassup and repeat if necessary.
I'm not sure what to use on pears when, but generally you want to use the copper stuff and bordeaux mix at specific points in the cycle. Check your local ag extension, they'll have all the info you need for your area.
And you should look into proper pruning and stake those branches if you have heavy fruit!

Is it true if aphids are disturbed enough they will release a hormone that makes them produce winged offspring?
