Hey all new to the shroomery community in search of some help. I run a small commercial operation and am currently having issues with the fruits my Lions Mane supplemented sawdust blocks are producing. I'll show pictures below, but they are not really producing spines, almost more like funky puffballs of sorts. Fruited many blocks before with no issues and .5 lb to 1 lb fruitbodies per 5 lb block/flush. They are about 5lb blocks made of 1.5 lb sawdust/.5 wheat bran/24g gypsum/2.88 lb H2O. Bags are sterilized @ 16 psi / 3.5 hours. Inoculation rate of 11percent. Spawn run lasts about 8-10 days and then brought into fruiting room where about an inch in diameter hole is made in the side of each bag. RH in fruit tent is consistently. between 85 & 90, with temps around 63-67f. Here are the pics of what these bad boys look like. Thanks for any help!

They mostly look like they are still growing out. What is the humidity and FAE like?

Are you sure they're getting enough air?

Thanks all I will try modifying the air to increase the FAE hopefully this helps. Makes complete sense though and I'm not surprised, I'll follow up with an update in the next week. Thanks for the advice and anymore is always welcome! Happy growing!
