WBS left out for over a day to dry..

Is it bad to leave seeds out to dry for a day or two? Or does it matter? Also, the jars that ready had seeds in them were sitting for a little over a day.

Is it ok to leave seeds out after soak for more than a day? (Drained) and same goes with WBS in jars before PC. Thought the question was pretty clear. My bad

Well...idk man... I would jar and pc them right away...you can leave them sitting around without inoculating them once they are pc'd but it seems they would lose valuable moisture sitting out in open air...like...why would you hydrate them just to leave them out to dry again? Kind of defeats the purpose of soaking them to begin with...

No problem. Just to be safe I'll use the jars I already filled up. They'll get more moisture during pc as well
Update: I just put my hands in the seeds left out and there's still some moisture

I'd use them. I'm sure the boil will increase the moisture much more than the soak in general. If you feel moisture, it probably means it's ready to absorb more!
That's my non-scientific gut opinion.

pc them as sson as possible, it doesn't take long for contams to set in heavy, re-simmer your grains if your in doubt about the moisture content and be carefull of burtsing grains

depending on how much they have dried out the grains you left out are probably still ok. I wouldn't use the ones already in jars and they shouldn't soak up more moisture during PC. we put foil over the jars to prevent this during PC.

this depends on the tek youused, foo mans doesn't call for a simmer because the excess moisture gets absorbed during the pc cycle

There shouldn't feel wet if they've dried properly. Wet grains colonize slowly. They should contain a lot of moisture and look plump, but they should be dry on the outside. It's hard to get them to dry properly without doing a boil because the heat helps the water evaporate afterward. I'm guessing you have some are still too wet and some that have dried out too much.
Aside from the moisture content, if there was no boil then the same bacteria has been multiplying continuously since you started the soak so that's not good either.
None of that necessarily means they won't work though. If some have dried to the point they shrunk the size they originally were before the soak then they dried too much to be used.

I have 10 of those jars to g2g one of my colonized into. I'll see how that turns out and will update the progress later. Hope it works, but I have more to make regardless if failed
