When are you most at rest with yourself?

When I'm sitting just to sit....Feels nice
I'm also an actor and when on stage it's a very similar feel :feelsgoodman:

...Pretty much any moment I can forget myself is a resting moment.

All day.  I worry about it, actually.  I sleep like 14 hours a day, minimum.  My sleep life has become more restful.  Not completely, however.

Now, as to how at peace with myself I am, I would say early morning, when I first wake up.  It's early, the worms are out there but I'm not catching them just yet.  I like the quiet, the phone won't ring at 5 AM and if it does you can scream at them and it's justified.

In a dim lit room with silence. Just as I fall asleep/before I wake up.

when i'm not wanting things to be other than they are - as far as external conditions, these can vary a lot, but that inner attitude is what brings me peace

I'd say either when I've been away from civilization for a while and am getting into more of a groove with my body in motion and lack of concern about society,

or

when i'm sitting around bs'ing with my girlfriend, laughing, teasing, playing

both are very restful for me and help a lot with the more stressful points

Deep sleep personally. Then again, I'm not around then. But in retrospect, that's what I value the most.

Besides that though, gaming, meditation, and taking a nice bath. :yesnod:
