I must say, now that I am used to it I don't think I can ever go back to sugar and cream.
Starting to feel like a man.
I'm just drinking Tim Hortons coffee I got for christmas, anyone got any favorite beans they would like to share?

I like black with maybe 1 or 2 scoops of sugar just for the sugar high. But yeah black coffee has more caffeine really puts that hair on your chest.

The lighter the roast of the beans = more caffeine. Coffee beans lose caffeine in the roasting process and the darker = the more lost.
Highlander Grogg is a pretty available blend that a few companies make I think. It is delicious.
Buy a coffee bean grinder and make sure you are making coffee with freshly ground beans. Adds for more flavor and fuller coffee.
I'm a barista and know a touch about coffee. These are just a few facts that came off the top of my head but let me know if you've got particular questions.

That's some interesting stuff to know. Maybe I'll turn this into a new hobby.
I remember reading somewhere that we are gonna run out of coffee in the next ten years. Is this true or just a conspiracy?

About the coffee coming to an end: As far as I know it is a somewhat accurate speculation.
Sort of unrelated but there is also something called Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) and it very well mean the end of honey. Did a lot of research on this one and it sucks and is very scary.

Every January my buddy and his wife go to Jamaica, and I have them bring me back a 1lb bag of authentic Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans. I think that's some of the best coffee there is, its crazy expensive though, its like $40 for a 1lb bag but I only get it once a year so its like a treat and worth it to me. And yeah Hawaiian Kona beans are really good too.

My friend brought back some of that blue mountain coffee after his trip to jamaica, he let me try it, and my god was it fucking delicious.

Great.. I know how to make coffe too.. even though I am uneducated.. I remember being at a coffe bar once, and I got this one from Coloumbia... got me really speady.. dont think they laced the coffe with something? Itprobably just was my tolerance being ridiculously low at the time though...
I am probably not going to buy an grinderthing.. I be off with my mortar... alot of work though, but thanks for the caffein tipper.. didnt know that.. though it seems reasonable..cant help but love the taste of a little coal though... maybe this other coffe was lightly toasted then? I cant seem to remember the taste, or rest of that day either, really... only remember the look on my face, evn though that is quite impossible, according to popular belief anyway..
do you know anything about tea? I am a teadrinker for the most part... though I am detoxing now so to speak... like green tea mainly.. my favorite being a Vietnamese one.. quite cheap too, so thats a pluss.. Also like yinzen, though it is a tough one to get right, so I need my thermometre ect... those idiots selling it to me giving me too hot off a temperature for it, and it would get this nasty sting of bitterness each time... a few degrees lover and one minute longer, it be sweet and round..
enough of my rambling then... Sekhmet bliss you in slaughter..

Yeah my bro drinks only single source coffee because of all the diseases that are plaguing coffee. Most coffee is blended from all sorts of places so they gotta treat it McDonalds style with pink ooze or something to make it "safe" to drink. I really hope that the world isn't headed in the way it seems to be and somehow nature saves our asses. I know people aren't gonna change, maybe our environment can adapt? Probably by killing us off I guess.

I think the world would probably come to a grinding halt without coffee, but then we'd just use one of the other stims available I guess. There's no shortage and coffee is delicious but kinda weak IMO.
I like it black, except first thing in the morning I put in milk. I do like to have some sort of sweet pastry with my coffe though. That is about it good as it gets on the legal side of things if you ask me.

I can't imagine a world without coffee, that's like some alternate reality type shit. I think the world would freak out with something so commonly being used being taken off the market.
Coffee is way too ingrained in society.

i like coffee it makes me happy.
roasting doesn't effect caffeine levels. or only in trivial amounts.
lately almost boil a pot of water, throw in about 6g per ounce of water, then wait about 30 seconds and filter it through a metal screen. i dunno i like it.
