What's wrong with these mushrooms?

So I have a few mushrooms in my monotub that have kind of a shrunken cap, I guess you could call it. I maintain 90-100% RH, fan twice a day, 6 holes in the tub stuffed with polyfil, substrate depth is about 3 inches, 12/12 light cycle. Trying to think of other info that could help figure out what's going on. They started off looking nice and healthy, round brown caps that looked healthy, then I open up my tub yesterday to fan and mist, and find these two and 1 other not near these two in the tub that look like this. Any ideas what's going on?

how do you even know what your humidity is at?
where is the humidity coming from? do you have perlite? or do you just spray it?

It's a monotub, no perlite, I just spray it. I have a hygrometer in there, I suppose the hygrometer could be off but it always reads between 90-100.

duuuhhh, lol, forgot you said it was a monotub.
It looks a tad damp, maybe you could use more fanning

Ok, my lights are bright as hell, I didn't know that could be an issue, good to know. I use a typical fluorescent light fixture with two 32W 6500K bulbs in each fixture. Should I remove one of the bulbs from each fixture? Or just move the fixtures further away from my tubs?

I suppose, I should've mentioned this pic was taken right after I misted the tub, so that may be why it looks too damp. Now that I think about it maybe I should've taken the picture before I did anything, to the tube, but oh well.

The guy who said your lights are too strong didn't even know what kind of lights you had until you replied.
I wouldn't take what he said too seriously. a 12/12 light cycle with those lights shouldn't cause a problem.

Why are you spraying? I can get 4 flushes from a mono without adding any moisture. This could be caused by excessive moisture. Besides you need evaporation, it helps build your pinset.

I'm not sure, lol. I guess I've just always read that once you can't see moisture glistening off the top of the substrate it's time to spray again. I'll give misting a rest and see if it helps, thanks!

That's what the mono does, it evaporates and adds moisture back. Check Frank's thread on how to dial in. The link in my sig shows proper monos as well.

I searched it...some sort of weird fungus.
Has it harmed your grows in the past or something?

Right on, I'm charging the battery on my camera right now, I'll upload some more pics soon. I read where RR said spraying with peroxide can help identify if that's the issue, maybe I'll give that a shot?
