Slow Start To Colonization

Semi-noob here. I had a lot of success a few years ago with WBS and casings thanks to you guys. I wanted to start another little project and have been disappointed with the results so far.
I soaked birdseed from the pet aisle (not WBS) for 24 hours, removed floaters, gave it many washes, dried it out a bit, and loaded into jars. The birdseed was slightly wet to the touch before loading, not dripping, so I feel I had the right balance there.
PC'd for an hour, waited till the next day to inoculate (1-3cc per pint jar), and placed in environment that stays between 75-85 degrees.
It has been 4-6 days (depending on the jar) and and I see next to no growth.
I have two questions:
1. Does regular pet bird seed have fungicide that I didn't know about? 2. Can I place the jars in 85-90 degree environment to stimulate even further growth?
I know I should be patient but I feel I have the jars in an ideal environment and should see some signs of growth at this point.
Thanks for the advice.

those temps are too high and they should feel dry to the touch before the pc cycle, is there visible moisture in the jars? anywho 6 days is fuck all it can take up to and beyond a couple weeks to see growth

There is very little noticeable condensation, but there is a bit visible. I have been reading threads of people's jars taking 2 weeks to colonize so I started getting worried. I also don't remember it taking this long the last time I tried my hand at it.

its only been 4-6 days? Dude don't get paranoid just yet, your spores are probably just starting to germinate and you might be getting hyphal growth already. Give it another week and if you don't see anything than u can start getting worried. Don't put them in 85-90F the only growth you'll be promoting is the kind you dont want and don't shake the jars. Pretty much don't fuck with them just leave em alone and forget about them for a week. Be patient man.

Been just over 2 weeks - now my only concern is the fact that I am using micropore tape for air exchange.

My concern is how are you gonna shake those jars? Looks like you left no room for them to move.

Haha, whoops - didn't think about that. Do I really need to shake the jars? Does shaking promote air exchange? I guess it must.
Is this going to be a major problem?

sterilize a few more jars, and pour excess into the empty jars? higher chance of contam but you should be all set in a SAB or in front of a flow hood

Thanks for the feedback guys. I figured I'd just play it as it lies.
So I am officially at the 3 week mark.
I am thinking of just casing what has colonized at this point, but I definitely appreciate your input. I am just concerned about the very little FAE and of course jars are too full.
Strains are: Bottom Left - KS Top Left - OI Second Column from Left: GT Third from Left: OI Far Right Column - B+

Let it fully colonize....it will be another week....then spawn it to a bulk substrate, do not just case it....You will get more for your effort.
