Of course, being honest makes this more interesting

When I'm at work I'm fucking miserable. When I'm wasted I'm really happy. When my buzz wears off I usually feel pretty sad.

I used to believe that everything happens for a reason and it will all work out if you let it, but since I went crazy I am not too sure anymore.

I'm torn between beliefs, so life pretty much blows right now.

Are you sure you went crazy and it wasnt the system failing again?

Then you might know why you got crazy

I dont believe in coincidences personally but I feel whole first time 15 years

It is normal to feel happy and complete
Not normal to feel something missing always craving something  and sad/lonely

You are 100% in control of your life crazy or not
To be in control I dont do drugs very often or I cant control my mind
A walk in Nature is the best drug

i don't think being negative and being a realist are the same thing. I consider myself an optimist and very much a realist. I'm an optimist not because i think everything is peachy and perfect. But because of how i choose to interpret situations. Bad shit happens in my life all the time. But because i interpret change as opportunity instead of inherently negative i believe myself to be an 'optimist'

I think I'm taking the question more vaguely than I should, but I don't quite understand the question.

In regards to my attitude towards my life?...How I feel about my self?

...attitude towards (all) life in general?

..attitude towards the idea/concept of life?

Or just asking what my outlook, my outward point of view on everything/"reality"/being alive is like?

I just think I took too many droogz and let life spin out of control. I'd like to think it all happened for a reason, but my negative thinking is prohibiting that thought process.

I didn't believe in coincidences to the point where I let every single moment become significant. This brought my mental status into a place of turmoil and I needed answers to why everything was happening.

Drove me insane.

I tend to do that  ...there's just lots of different directions I could go with that question.

But encapsulating it down to my "mentality", or my outlook... I have a plate full of neutral with a healthy side of optimist and realist.

I can always look at something in a positive light, it's a bit harder for me to look at things negatively but I do find my self in a negative "rut" sometimes. I see the duality in everything though....what's positive/creative for one thing is mere negative/destructive of another, which is positive/creation for another. One creates the other. So if I take enough steps back from that it's neutral, there is no positive or negative...It just depends how, or from what point of view, one decides to look at it.

Pretty much this. I mean I do what I can to acknoledge the dark side of things as well and not really look at life in a good/bad or dark/light kind of manner. Try to maintain an optimistic equanimity I guess.

I make smiling a 24/7 habit b/c I don't want a frowny line on my forehead.  Eventually, the smile (and the accompanying sunny attitude) is simply part of who you are.
