You can also contact people directly through :pm: on one of those sights and deal privately with an encrypted email, its safer imo if you've been dealing with the same guy for awhile.

I'm honestly gonna have to take Repertoire's side here, darkweb markets are plastered on reddit, they've had dozens of news articles written about them, everybody and their mother has heard of "that silk road drug site"  by now. What you call gossip includes speculation, and the business of the online drug trade is certainly filled with speculation.

just because people know about the site doesn't NECESSARILY mean its compromised.. sure it is a little NOW but with so many safe guards now being implemented i doubt we'll be seeing more errors in the future.[also i do think there is a double jeopardy at play here since the site isn't down]. just listen to the faith in the owners words as they speak to us and grab a little of that faith to hold on too..

again, if it were truly compromised it would be down

if they're are undercover on silkroad trying to sell then just buy from legitimate vendors; you know the ones with buyers ratings

I'm more referring to this guy offering invites on a public forum, not to mention on a front page post. I'm just blown away at the recklessness of it. I feel that admin should ban that type of shit when they hear it.

I mean am I coming out of left field here? I used to be doing this when I was underage and we all still called them MOM's (mail order marijuana), but shit went downhill because people wanted to brag about it.

Fuckin A, I thought we all knew the first rule of fight club.

Yes. There are some articles posted on here, which mainly attribute to people's own stupidity. But they are here.

How does one go about getting a secure enough connection anyways? Like just using the browser doesn't make me feel safe or secure at all. Until I know I have an uncompromised line I don't really want to go any deeper.

Also, effort... Please show me the easy way, lol.

DPR the second has vanished along with the codes to unlock bitcoins. That means they are operating on income and can't really pay everyone off until they make a lot more money. If the hacker strikes again they will be toast. Agora has top notch people on security, if they weren't the best they would have gotten bitcoinfog hacked already. I still have an invite code, pm for details.

An offshoot of bmr run by the former mods but not by backopy is called utopia and will open soon. I'm not sure if I trust it, the people are good but is their security good?

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.” (attributed to Alexis de Tocqueville political philosopher Circa 1835)

the future is a lot of one-man TOR-shops selling drugs

the feds wont have time to bust your shop, and security is much easier
security is guaranteed, unless you announce it from your own IP online

hope there will be a lot more shops like brainmagic
google reputation will be their feedback, I trust google as much as SR
i.e. google "brainmagic reddit"

torshop is opensource, takes 5mins to setup iirc

if you want to be 100% anonymous, take your laptop with you and upload your site to a server from a public wifi hotspot
never do anything from home

DPR was smart about that, but he wasnt smart asking questions about his site on online forums in real name

you can start a tor shop on your laptop, phone etc.
and sell your excessive LSD hits or 1/8th of weed leftover for a good price ;-)
the penalty would be nothing if you got busted, and the risk of getting busted is close to zero
just keep selling low profile(not sell too much) and the feds wont bother with your shop

when 1000 one-man tor shops open, the feds have lost the game, they might as well quit their job

there is a hidden tor wiki where you can announce the tor pages you host
you can sell anything you want
sell your beer on tor

What TOR shops are you referring to because most of what I read says TOR shops are a scam. We may be referring to different things though. Could you elaborate whether you are talking about the Torshops service where you pay to set up a shop?

hmm I thought it was opensource.. but I cant seem to find it anymore

anyway, making a 1minute php script that saves a form on your TOR shell is easy for any hacker/programmer

anyone could make a tor shop in a few minutes if they had a shell and knew php or such
just run the tor client

when you want to see what has been ordered just log into your shell remotely from a public wifi and fetch the addresses to send to (stored as files on the machine)
your bitcoins should already have arrived in your walled by then

its a pretty good idea I must say ;-)

just log in remotely once a week and send your stuff to your customers

Hmmm very intriguing... I don't have those computer skills personally but I know some comluter nerds that might. I'm a quick learner anyway. You would probably need a dedicated web server though right? At first I thought you meant the torshops scam witb Eucanna and DeDope and such...

Have having MOMs who have been around 10 years + with all happy customers really sucks. Still going strong because they didn't advertise. No bitcoin hassles and an acknowledgement that any encryption can be broken so why not do it on the clear web? Its a bunch of newbs now who think security is PGP when its just keeping your fucking mouth shut. No one gets busted for drugs online as a result of police hacking their IP. You get busted because you did an interview with Newsweek. Its easy to stay under the radar and get rich too. To get so big you have to hire people to package the drugs for you because you can't do 200 orders alone in a day. Eventually you sit at the top and do nothing. There are a few serious people who decided doing that is better than some one time rip off. You guys should have been asked your fav SR vendors for some contact info and set your own shit up. I guess people were just too paranoid.
If you buy drugs off the next fly by night operation you are at extremely high risk to get burnt. Even if its your favourite old SR vendor the site owner could easily do it too. I wouldn't buy on drugs off the deep web for at least a year or more. Someone will rise from the ashes but good luck guessing who. Tell you right now the people doing it low key are the ones to find out about. Refer a friend and that's the only way in. Someone else mentioned individual vendor sites, best idea I have heard yet.
