It is but a colloctive, or even personal self defence mecanism in some.." they are idiots, and would believe a thing because they wish it to be true, or fear it is". (This is purely a qoute)

I don't believe that, but ask any "good Christian." Animals have no souls.
Actually one of the more recent popes since the one that declared animals soulless has since changed his mind and gave animals their souls back

Protestant Christians don't give a shit what the pope says.

No way.

I wrote a paragraph two on why everything is alive, and furthermore why everything has souls... cannot find it though, it soundedsometjing like this:
No, animals do not have souls, humansouls atleast.. they have animalssouls(if one may say so), a part designated to genetics and a part to tbeir eating habits, making up an identity, variable as it may be.. the soul is constant, even though it may be shattered...
more so, being demeaning towards animals, plants and simple materials i think the greatest of idiocy.. we are so aware as humans, of our simple excuse for a reality atleast... the animals might see the whole alot better, as their spirit isnt so tightly bound into these small vessels... more so, a rock might be the manifestation, or symbol if you may of a ressonating energy.. being but a symbol in this world, yet a clear, feelingthing(which doesnt have a word...ie, a variation of nothingness) even so, when we trawel to this place(s) we are nothing.. which makes you wonder.. who has the right to be condecending then? And furthermore, atleast few "lesser creatures", as such a human would say, would ever be condecending, but rather respecting of our ignorance..
