Just breathe that's all you have to do. You will be sober again soon. How much did you take and how long ago?
The best thing to do is lay down and relax every muscle in your body, then take long deep breaths.

What's making it bad though? You're just getting into the trip it's normal to be nervous. Try to find something that you are comfortable with. Some music or a different room maybe.

I always jump in the shower when things start to get weird. The hot water feels good and I end up staying in there for a while.

last time I needed to ease myself down a level I just tried to keep my mind busy. For example you can grab a piece of paper and a pencil. Then just draw things all over it or if that is too hard just write your name over and over from top to bottom. Just keep your mind busy. You can try to think of all the important things you need to do within the next couple weeks. Then put them in order. Don't write them down just remember them. I hope all goes well. Keep us informed on how you are please.

Once you've climbed the mountain, the view is often quite wonderful.

If you want to avoid the negativity.. give it an honest, kind hearted hug, and it will transform into love
-------------------- And thus begins the reverse-fusing of our one-dimentional understanding, and adds ever-expanding perspectives, in depth and number; splitting our perception, and in so doing, seemingly irrationally, creates yet more one-ness, with all that ever was, is and will ever be, streching across the infinite, inunderstood concept of everything, percievable and not.

Actually extremely good advice. We do this in the ayahuasca circles and the vibrations of your own voice are very soothing to the nausea and help keep your mind focused on positive things. Especially if the songs have very personal and meaningful lyrics it becomes a fairly powerful experience
