i hope the pieces were colonized even where the beak points are. (white alaround, even where it broke) one contaminated cake can destroy the whole batch. off colored slime under the cake can mean contams. how long have you had them sitting? it looks like your virm layer may be smothering your cake (to fine, dense, and gunky)
try to post in a more clear less slangy manner plz. (unless its shroom slang lol) i can hardly make seance of your last post.

most people just use plain verm, not virm flower. can get it at lowes! maybe thats why yours look so funky. how long have you fruited them for? if that batch fails i would try without a dunk n roll. can still get good results without.
again how long have they been fruiting for? (out of jars)

as it seems it would be much better to throw them away cause the verm layer made me concerned

dont give up yet. 4 days is nothing. weight 2 weeks and see what happens. if contams really take a hold you will know b4 long trust me. if "if" all goes good shrooms will start to pop with in a few weeks. if you smell/see/ something of you will know it. from your pics i cant see anything wrong other then a weird looking roll layer. witch may work idk. growing is not a exact science. dont get so discouraged dude. if you think you got a problem, post pics, describe it and we will let you know!

look more then enough wet to me. looks lake a layer of mud really witch is why they look so weird. yea mist the cakes too but keeping the tub humidity high is just as of not more important. if they get to dry the white mycelium will start to bruise blue, as they will with handling and age also.
