Hey guys. What's going on tonight?
I'm about to take a dab for the first time in a while. So I figured I'll get some conversation started before I'm stoned out of my gourd.

Oh hey my friend! Long time no talk. I'm doing great man. Still planning my move out of FL. Unfortunately Brazil is off the table as of about a month ago. So I'm looking into different business ventures with the legal cannabis industry west of the Mississippi.
How about yourself? Did you enjoy your holidays? Hope everything is going well man.

Ha. I just got done watching that documentary called "Blackfish" about Orca whales (realy good btw)..so Narwhals came to mind.
I feel you on the tolerance issue. I've been strictly smoking flowers for the past couple months. Maybe 1 or 2 odd dabs. So I'm feeling wonderful right now.
I didn't like how fast my tolerance grew to buds when I was dabbing every day. Could barely get high with a big joint of really good bud so I'm only dabbing now every few weeks.

Oh hey pirate. haven't heard from you in a while either. I kept pushing Brazil back actually because I wasn't sure. It's a long story, but it basically came down to problems with the economy there. Mostly the local economy at the island where I was planning on moving to. So I decided to just take it off the table completely and just vacation there when I can.
It's all good though. I'm really excited about moving out west instead and working in the retail cannabis industry. I just hope I can make it work. We (my friend and I) need one more person to do this with us before I fully commit to moving.
What are you confused about in life??

Oh I understand, shit happens and stuff changes, I've nixed and postponed moves too because of it. Way better than rushing things. Yeah, that sounds super exciting and now is definitely the time to invest in anything cannabis related, I imagine.
I'm kinda stuck at an impass. Apart of me feels like I need to just gtfo and move far away, but there are a lot of things(and people) tying me down here. Where out west are you headed? I imagine somewhere on the coast or CO, right?

Exactly. Back when I was dabbing .5-1g a day, I'd smoke a kingsized ~gram joint for a little buzz, and was almost impossible to catch a good stone with them. Smoking a king ~5 minutes after waking up for a small/mild wake & bake

Straight chillin after a day at work. Got home, smoked some weed, did some meditation, went and got some dinner. Home, smoking more weed and drinking some honey citron Korean tea that is strangely delicious. It comes in a jar like preserves. It's kinda like preserves, but you mix it with hot water.

Yes. Colorado is my plan. It depends on how this whole retail business goes once it starts on January 1st. Second choice would be Washington. Either way, both are beautiful places with a lot of opportunity in that industry.
I completely understand how you feel about just GTFO of where you're at and starting over somewhere new. That's pretty much what I'm planning on doing. It's really hard though when you have things like family and a career keeping you there. Neither of which I have here.
Where would be your dream destination to move to if you could just drop everything and leave tonight?

Hate to put a damper on things but I just back from my 4th funeral on one side of the family this year. My step-dad lost his 24 year old son to suicide in march and his mom in December along with 2 others he was closely related too.
It's been such a sad year and the funeral today gave some closure but she knew and impacted hundreds of people and we expected a full house, only around 11 showed =(. She deserved more then the people that came, it was beautiful but relatively no one showed up except immediate family and a few life long friends.
She wasn't exactly the most pleasant woman ever but she was so close to so many people it's a shame more couldn't show. ( I digress)
I guess at least she's not in pain and misery anymore and what our family considers in a better place.
I am going to take a few shots and a few hits and try and calm down from how heavy things were today and In loving memory of her. As she would've wanted I will try and be happy for her and move on

Let's all get blazed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible.. My dad's dad died 6 months after my dad did, and I can't imagine how it felt for my dad's mom.. she's still alive, and another son of hers died the 13th of this month
Hang out with your step-dad as much as you can, I'm sure he'd benefit from having someone to hang out with and take his mind off all of that.
I'll join you with a little liquor While I sip it I'll figure out what beer I want next..

I'm really sorry to hear that trippin. Those situations in life are always tough to go through and they seem to happen more and more frequently as you get older. Keep your head up, and remember your loved ones for all the positive things they did that affected your life. It's all you can really do.
I can somewhat relate to what you're going through. I've had my 3 remaining grandparents and one very close friend pass away in the past 2 years.
I'll take one last dab for the night with you. Cheers.

To the damn kings nonetheless but Wade, Allen, and Birdman were all out. Did you watch the game or are you just trying to rub it in my face? Shame on you.

I'm truly sorry to continue this thread however i have almost completely gotten past my step-grandmother that died and her funeral.
I can't say the same for the rest of the family though. I think that and religion have kept my family together however I appreciate sincerely everyone's support though.

Happy to hear you're feeling a bit better after the funeral. For me, it doesn't sink in at all when a close family member or friend passes away. I remember when my best friend died when I was 18, it seemed so surreal that I buried it in my mind for a very long time. It wasn't until like a year later that I woke up one day just sad as hell, and couldn't get him out of my mind. It's been 10 years now and it still makes me sad fairly often. I digress though.
As far as the religion aspect that you mentioned. As much as I'm personally against organized religion, I see nothing wrong with people/families that do believe in it, and it truly helps them get through tough times. I'm assuming you're not religious either, right?
