are micro mini pins (pics) good sign?

Ok, so I birthed 4 cakes exactly one week ago today. Up until a few minutes ago I thought none of them had done anything. I realized, after buying a hygrometer yesterday that the humidity has been too low this whole time (it has only topped off at 88%). I also realized that this was drying out my cakes because they were beginning to have a blue tint to them which I attributed to bruising, I decided to re dunk and roll the cakes for moisture but upon moving them I saw that all but one had these teeny tiny little pins on them ( I only re dunked the one without a pin). They (the pins) look super dry. I have included pics but my question is, are these pins a good sign? Do they mean that things are moving along? Or do they show that the cakes are still too dry? Should I still re dunk them?
Also, I think that my SGFC doesn't have enough holes (which is probably the culprit of my humidity probs) so I was going to drill some more. Should I still do that? And where do I put my cakes/perlite while I do?
The pics were taken after a fresh misting and at a slightly birds eye angle so that I could get up close. They will show the blue tint and the pins (or pin, depending) on each cake. They're super small so they're easy to overlook. Sorry for all of the questions! I'm just frantic after this discovery!
Blue tint:

One baby pin:

Three small clustered pins:

Three more slightly spaced out pins on a different cake:

Not enough holes:

Thanks guys!

u should have 1/4 inche holes on all six sides 2 inches a part and I would remove so of that foil and just make it big enough for the cake to sit on not that it ur problem but I have an issue with water standing on the foil and when I had lifted my cake had cobweb on the bottom.
