Hey all. I am on day 8 since birthing. Out of my 10 cakes I only have very very small pins on 5 or so of my cakes, some very small and stopped growing all together . Heres the ones left I fear have also quit growing. Should I start over?? The biggest pins are 4 days old as of today.

I mist 4 times a day, fan more than that. Day temps 70-72 night temps are 68ish. Humidity during day is a constant 92, night time it rises up to 99.

They don't look like aborts to me either. Seems like they tend to grow slowly then once they get to a certain point they explode in growth. Practically overnight.

what strain is it? how fast did your cakes colonize? you just might be up against slow, lazy genetic material...

GT and Amazons. They both took about 14 days to fully colonize

Yours look exactly like mine, even your set up looks the same so I'll share some of my data with you.
GTs
n=12 Mean time taken to pin after dunk\roll [hours]: 206:24:00 Mean time taken to fruit from pins: [days]: 4.5 (more like seven to ten IMO, my data is being weird)
Great job on the D&R by the way. With a nice, dense, protective layer like that it takes a little longer for stuff to be visible. There's been many times I've fanned, come back to fan a few hours later, and see two or three new ones poking its head out.
If you feel like it on your next flush, try out putting extra spoon of wet verm on top, and setting the cake in a petri dish of wet verm on the bottom, it works really well at increasing yields IMO.
