So I've bad my fully colonized jars sitting for a couple weeks because I've been gone and/or too busy. I just look and there's some water built up on the bottom. This bad or typical? I'm going to get my g2g jars ready for them starting today

It's normal for metabolites to start building up in jars if left to sit after full colonization. It's probably best to use them to spawn to bulk. They'll probably be OK for grain to grain transfers, but in the future it's best to g2g within a few days of full colonization to keep the mycelium growing at maximum speed. RR
