PF Cake question. Is it strain difference? With Pictures

So my first PF tek grow has been a relative success. I nocced up cakes with 2 different strains (Colombian Rust Spore and Huatla). Now these were MS syringes, but I am having very different results from the respective strains. Below is a nice time lapse of my first pins to shrooms.
Day 1

Day 2

Day 3

Day 4

Day 5

So these are the Colombian Rust Spores. The fruits were all quite small individually no monster fruits from any of the 6 cakes
Now this is the Huatla. It was spawn the same time as the Colombian which has done a full first flush and looks like the cakes you saw. The Huatla is showing absolutely no pins and is just growing out still as shown below. What is this growth? They are in the same conditions, but the growth is completely different. They still smell exactly like fresh mushrooms and are quite solid and bright white.

It has been in chamber for almost 4 weeks. Any ideas on what I can do to get this to fruit? It has experienced the same as the other which are pinning and fruiting nonstop now for a week and look completely different as you can see.

Sure looks as if you need more Fresh Air Exchange, to trigger those pins, your mycelium is going aerial
Not encouraging you to dry out your cakes, but more fresh air is needed, In my opinion.

Yeah, not sure how to get more FAE outside of taking it out of the tank and blowing a fan on it...

A quick bump to see if anyone has any other ideas of what to do with these cakes? Maybe just dunk them and put them back to see if that helps?
Oh and there is growth completely away from the BRF and verm now. It makes me wonder is straight mycelium edible and potent or is the fruit the only edible portion?

That is a possibility I was thinking of too cronicr. If it is then it was in the syringe because all 4 cakes are exhibiting the exact same growth and were inoculated in a biological safety hood after autoclaving. I am going to just keep letting them ride until something shows. They still smell like fresh mushrooms.
I will be disappointed to lose the strain if nothing happens Maybe I will put some on an agar plate and try to isolate away from contam and then see what happens.
