If you were to saok grains in 50/50 coffee. How would you prep and PC it in order to avoid contams from access moisture.
Also how do I know where to fill the pc too? I can only fit 1 quart jar at a time and use polyfill, micropore tape and have the lid flipped over so rubbers on top.
The rack in the pc is 4 half quart rings to the jars.
Thanks guys.

Just like any other PC procedure.
Let them strain, load the jars and PC for at least 90 minutes at 15psi.
Why would there be access moisture just because you used coffee water instead of just water?

Fill the PC with enough water for the 90 minute cycle without boiling dry.
This all depends on the size of your PC.
Refer to the manual, or google it.

Many people from what Ive read seem to suffer from the bacteria from access water.
I read Roger Rabbit made a note of Pcing for over 90 minutes. I think 140 but Id have to look. It was on another thread.
What are measurements of dry rye berries to soaked rye berries? I saw a cup dry per quart jar and that seems to me like enough for G2G but not for inoculation.
And Ive had a bit of access moisture in my previous batches. How do I fix this?

I believe the word you're looking for is excess moisture. The grains should be dry on the surface when you load your jars and this won't be a problem.
You might find the grain prep tek useful. I left coffee out of the tek to make it idiot proof, but you can benefit from using weak coffee in the initial soak. Don't go over 50% of drinking strength. Less is fine. RR

Now this coffee isea applies to both mycelium cultures and spores?
