Soaking unsterilized woodchips with LC

So I have a couple quarts of a wood lover in 4% honey LC from spores with a a couple cc's of dilute h2o2. The water is becoming quite clear and the mycelium pretty darn thick. I plan on innoculating some rye as well as enriched sawdust then chips and probably some guerrilla sprays. My question is this:
Can I soak dry unsterile woodchips with the LC?
I was thinking I would calculate the amount of water needed to achieve approximately 60% moisture content for a given amount of dry chips and use my liquid culture instead. Has anyone ever tried this?

 allenii spores after 10 days
Interesting stuff about the baeos. Never knew they were so temperamental. Seems like someone would have tried soaking their to remain unsterilized substrate with spore slurry, maybe I will go for it anyways and let y'all know how it goes. Strain in question is not so finicky as baeos.

I wasn't saying anything like that, neo just used a bleach solution and a boil then sprayed his lc on the chips and it worked great. I would go the same route just to not risk anything else germinting on it

Nice. Thanks for the input.
I have decided, since there is an abundance of healthy lc and limited space for huge expansion, to give this idea a try.
Added some alder smoking "chips" and "chunks" (which were probably kiln dried)and approximately 180ml lc in a quart jar. I have calculated it to take about 120 grams of alder (40g chips/80g chunks) to reach approximately 60% moisture content.

It's been around 24 hours and most of the water has been absorbed after turn jar every couple hours. There are already signs of mycelial growth but none photo worthy yet.
