Nothing makes cooking more pleasant than sharp knives and the holiday spirit!

I'm really feeling the holidays this year. I'm in the mood. I've been cooking with my mom and her knives are amazing, I can cut through pretty much anything without effort. Very fun.
Also, We've been drinking a bottle of Chateau-Neuf du Pape. A great bottle of red from France that I suggest to everybody.
Season greetings to you all! Make sure to ask Santa for good knives a good wine
Cheers!

Knives are the ONLY thing I didnt skimp on when me and my wife moved in together.
We had fun going to thrift shops and estate sales buying the typical(and not so typical) kitchen stuff when we got married, But i told her nothing beats a nice set of knives.
Just being able to drive a knife through a tomato or animal flesh with ease is bliss.

The only time I ever cut myself while cooking I was using a sharp knife. It was because I fucked up though. Probably would have needed more stitches and fucked up my finger a bit more if it was with a dull knife though.

Unfortunately I didn't even get to eat the food. I was cutting meat and I had to go to the hospital so it ended up just sitting on the counter for a few hours
