How has LSD changed your life?
    #19321430 - 12/24/13 02:18 PM (10 years, 2 months ago)

So I have had shroom experiences about 3 or 4 times now, but none of the trips were really that intense visual-wise, but mentally, my mind opened a whole realm of thought I never would have thought existed had I never tripped.

My parents are going to Hawaii for a whole week next week and I plan on dropping a tab equal to two hits at my house with my girlfriend (who will also drop a tab). I just wannna know, will my life be forever changed after 1 LSD experience? How has your life changed since your first LSD trip? Will my spirituality evolve even more than it has after shrooms?

Really interested on your thoughts!

LSD will change you if you are ready, but none of us can answer it, all I can say, don't go in with expectations for it. Just be open to what it has to offer, what that may be, who knows?

I've never done LSD but its a psychedelic so it works on a large part of mindset and inner readiness more then the chemical.

Good vibes man!

It depends. No one can tell you if it will change your life forever. It has the potential to. I know it changed the way I look at the world forever. Showed me things about the nature of reality that I prolly wouldn't have noticed otherwise. Combined with a change in thinking, yeah it has changed my life in a subtle way.

IF IT NUMBS YOUR MOUTH ITS NOT LSD

ANYWHO, LSD scared the shit out of me the last time I tried it. Life became so damn "intense", "intimate"

A cheap phenethylamine; most likely a 25x Nbome,

If its really bitter but does not numb you it may either be a low dose of a 25x Nbome or a DOx compound.

Slightly bitter and barely noticeable taste could possibly just be due to the stuff they used to lay the sheet like Ethanol for example but GOOD ACID SHOULD BE TASTELESS

LSD was far from my first psychedelic experience - but boy oh boy what a trip.

Compared to most of the users on shroomery, I guess I'd label myself a lightweight.

I acquired a few blotters, dali llama/shiva prints (190-250ug.) Me and my buddy had not tripped that hard before, just decided to take the whole tab, I mean how much could be in one tab?

It was really the duration that gets you, I mean tripping face for 10+ hours was really new to me. Wasn't a bad experience though, and a part of it was just nothing but pure bliss.

To me it's not the immediate effects that are important (although they are fascinating) it's the results of those effects. Psychedelics are in my opinion the only drug that can really alter your brain chemistry for a long time, and it's either good or bad.

If it's bad, you'l recover. but if it's good and you apply what you learned from that good experience, your brain will return to normal but you won't forget the lessons you learned about bettering yourself.

Usually nBomb.

OP , Lsd has opened my mind to possibilities and solutions that I used to feel were un possible or unrealistic. It opened my eyes that the truths I know today may not be true and some may be hidden. I think a lot differently after using lsd, almost a clearer, more organized way of thinking.

Great responses! Totally looking forward to doing it. All I want is the truth. I don't intend taking LSD to "see trippy sh*t". I'm taking it to basically increase my knowledge of this world I'm put on. Will experiencing LSD also increase my problem solving skills?

Yeah the clearer way of thinking is the biggest benefit I got. It's like my thoughts are less cluttered and chaotic.

LSD is less taxing on the mind, where mushrooms force the ideas on you.  LSD is a dance you fondle with the ideas and can imagine what they will do and can enhance on them.

I can always recover a LSD trip gone awry - shrooms can just out right take over.

It changed me in ways I can't even explain.

Also, after the first time I dropped acid, my favourite colour changed to green. Is that normal? lol Now the colour green is just orgasmic to my eyes.

It certainly is capable to help you with the problem solving tasks. There were done some experiments with real scientists and mescaline/lsd.

LSD was a very powerful unforgettable experience.

I have no way of knowing if it changed me.  It has been over 10  years and I still feel like its one of the coolest things you can do in your life.  LSD is too strong to make me want to take it again which I think make's it even better.  You take it a few time's and it's usually enough.  I am still flabbergasted to how awesome the experience was.

People think LSD should be entirely about "spirituality" or trying to find "secrets of consciousness",  I think it's about fun and experiencing new feelings,  visuals,  or auditory experiences you would not otherwise have.  You certainly do reflect on "life" and a "higher power" and stuff like that which is just part of the experience,  not the whole experience.  At least for me.

Tree's turn into crystal's,  the ground moves like the ocean wave's,  the moon will appear more then once,  the stars will swirl, The stars will shoot laser's everywhere,  everday colors will turn into neon,  you will hear strange things,  you will feel strange vibrations,  you will feel like something profound is happening,  you will see strange "lifeforms",  you will see shapes floating in front of you,  and about a million other things you won't even remember ten minutes after they happen because you are being bombarded with overwhelming experiences.

And it all appears as real and convincing as anything you have ever known to be real.

It's the closest thing you can get to living in a mystical world where anything in human imagination is possible.  Like the holodeck of Star Trek.  Or the best special effects hollywood could put into a fantasy film.

That has to change your life in some way.

I am very anti prohibition probably because of how awesome drugs like Mushrooms and LSD can be.  I just can't see the benefit in not allowing these things to be experienced by mankind.
