Ok, so with my crazy work schedule lately, ive neglected to do what i knew i needed to. I PC'd 7 jars about 3 weeks ago, and they have been sitting in the PC ever since.. yeah, i suck.
Im going to G2G them in a little bit regardless of the answer. im only wasting one grain jar anyway, but i still want to get some opinions on the matter. or if theres anything you guys might recommend!

Hmmm 3 weeks is an awful long time to leave jars just sitting around, but I am sure you will be fine. Especially if you took the time to properly sterilize them. GO for it! Not like you have much to lose anyway

I have let jars go for 3-4 weeks before inoculating in the past.. If I remember right most of them got bacterial contaminants

I've waited two weeks and G2G and my jars came out fine... you probably didn't have the right water content in your jars which lead to some type of bacteria

yeaah, i figure if the moisture content is still alright, they should be fine. they are fully sterile, so nothing funky should be growing in there. Guess ill know in a few days whether or not they are good to go :p

If you want to be sure, open one of the jars up and smell them. Should smell like whatever you are using IE, rye, wbs, popcorn, etc

I have also had no problem g2g 1-2 weeks after sterilizing. Honestly the contaminated jars very well may have been MS. OP use a fair amount of spawn in each jar and only time will tell good luck!

I've always used them while still warm around 90-95 as soon as it reaches that point and I've always had above average colonization time with MS innoc.
Working on agar isolates from flesh currently and a few wild spore prints.
Will test in depth later.
