Simple Shroom Chocolate Tek 2

I made some chocolates for some friends and family over the holidays, and decided I'd document it to share for anyone who might be interested.
So, here is a step by step pictoral of how to make chocolates.
These chocolates are made with a 50/50 mix of semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips.

The Process:
- Figure out how strong you want your chocolates to be & how much chocolate this will take.
- To do this use a 50/50 mix of dark and semi-sweet chips & do a dry run
with your mold to see how many chocolate morsels you need to fill up one tray.
(follow the pictoral below on how to do this, just don't add your powdered mushrooms)
- Multiply the # of chocolates your mold makes by the amount of fungus you want in each one.
- Once you've filled your mould & it sets you can take the chocolates out
and weigh them, then you will know how much chocolate to use next time.
- Take the chocolate from the mould and throw it back in the double boiler
and add the mushrooms this time.
STEP 1: Weigh out your mushies to the desired dose. I make mine ~2 grams, so for 1 bag/mold of chocolate I use 14 grams.

STEP 2: Blend your mushrooms in a coffee grinder.

STEP 3: Set up a double boiler on the stove using 2 pots that are about the same size. Fill the bottom one up about half way with water, and place the other pot on top. Turn the stove on low heat and give it a few minutes to heat up.

STEP 4: Add your chocolates to the top pot and stir repeatedly until they all melt together and become nice and liquidy. Do not let any water get in the top pot with your chocolate. It will affect how the chocolate will dry.

(you can cut the heat off once they all melt together)
STEP 5: Add your powdered mush to your chocolate slop. Don't be alarmed by how it looks, everything will be ok.

STEP 6: Stir, stir, stir.

STEP 7: Moving quickly, spoon the magic chocolate into your mold. The faster you move the less will be stuck to the pot in the end.

(if you find your chocolate to get hard from too high of temperature or water getting in, add a few tsp of cooking oil and it will help to make it liquid again)
STEP 8: Place the poured molds into the freezer for 4-6 hours (longer is ok), and let them solidify.

(it helps to drop the mould on the counter a few times to level the chocolate out before putting them in the freeezer)
STEP 9: Pre-cut 3"x3" pieces of foil, and wrap em up. Break of any excess chocolate around the edges. Put it in a tupperware in the freezer to add to later batches.

(here is a link to my exact mold if you want to use it)

About the chocolate morsels, are they a must or will a regular bar of dark chocolate work too? As in solidifying well and not turning into sloppy easy to melt mess?

I've never used bars but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
Just test out how many you will need for your amount/dosage of chocolates.
Don't forget to use dark chocolate in it otherwise it will taste boo-boo.
